Chapter 16

Taehyung's P.O.V

"Kim Jonsuk"

As soon as I heard the name... My heart stopped for a second.

I couldn't believe it...it can't be possible.

I look at the rear mirror ahead and see Agent Connor's eyes staring at me. His eyes filled with pity.

It's true then.

Even though he was the world's most wanted terrorist... It's hard for me.

I don't know if I'll be able to control my emotional feelings when I see him. I hope Shin hye stays safe . I'll do anything to keep her safe . She's my life.

It's still hard for me to believe.

I didn't know he could go this far. I don't know if Shin hye will be able to handle the truth. She'll probably hate me after she knows.

My dad... the most wanted terrorist in the world ...killed the father of the person whom I love the most in the world.

"Are you ok?" I feel a hand on my shoulder.

I look at Shin hye. Her eyes were filled with worry.

She doesn't deserve me.

"Yeah I'm fine" I say and force a smile.

" Taehyung I know you're hiding something from me"

I couldn't answer her. My heart was wrenched from inside. I can't believe a beautiful, sweet girl like her deserves a person like me.

If I break up with her she'll be more hurt. This is so freaking confusing.

I have no idea what to do.

" Don't worry it's nothing" I say and give her hand a squeeze.

I am a liar.

If I tell her my dad will black mail mine as well as her mom. I can't let that happen.

She smiles back and I could see she didn't believe me completely.

The car comes to a stop .

We get down and check in to our hotel rooms.

There were only 4 rooms available since all the rooms were booked and we didn't have the option of going to another hotel since it was the nearest to my dad's hideout.

So two people would share a room.

After discussing our roommates were decided as follows:

Me : Shin hye
Jungkook : Jimin
Hoseok : Namjoon
Seokjin : Yoongi.

"Me with that fish head?! I'm leaving" Yoongi hyung started and walked back towards the door.

" Me too" Jin hyung said and started walking out too.

They both had to share a room since they were the hackers of our team and were partners.

"Uh uh you can't go anywhere" Agent Connor stopped them.

He tried his utmost best to make them share a room. At last they agreed.

" Lets go" I told Shin hye. We both held hands and went towards our room.

"Wait" We heard someone call as we were walking.

We look back to see Agent Connor jogging up to us.

" Kim Jongsuk has found out we have come here to catch him, though he doesn't know about our plan. Be careful ...he can attack us anytime." He said .

I gave Shin hye a worried look and held her hand tighter.

" Ok we'll try to be careful " I say and continue walking.

We reached the elevator. I think the door of the elevator was recently polished since it was reflecting our images.

We stood there waiting when I noticed someone standing behind Shin Hye. It was a person .

Usually people like these were trained and they are extremely silent when they attack. We have been trained to handle these people.

The person was holding an iron rod. Shin Hye didn't notice.

I followed the person's reflected image again and saw he was lifting the rod up... aiming for Shin Hye's head.

In a fraction of a second I ran behind her and shielded her body with mine.

A loud bang was heard and pain shot through my skull.

" Taehyung!"

I heard a scream and it went black.
