Hate At First Sight.

She was completely lost in him. She was at peace in his embrace. And the most shocking thing for her was that she was comfortable. Yes! Ever since the incident Avni had stopped meeting new people and and since then hated physical contacts with anyone as it made her feel uncomfortable . The only people with whose touch she was comfortable with were her parent's and Neela Ma. Even Ali wasn't allowed to touch her and he was her childhood friend . Then why was she finding comfort in his arms? Why wasn't she angry on this boy for touching her? Why was she not feeling any repulsion but rather an undeniable attraction towards him?

''You are a taint. Even your mere touch can cause annihilation''. As Dayawanti's words begin to come across her mind Avni breaks away from the reverie.

Avni lets anger take on herself and scowls deeply at Neil.

''Are you FUCKING blind or are your legs dysfunctional?!'' Avni barks at him and jerks away from him.

To say that Neil Khanna was shocked would be an understatement... He was astounded beyond limit.

''What just happened?!'' Neil asked him self. First bumping into a girl and then getting lost in her and now? Now he was lying on the ground and staring at the Angel in front of him. Finally he could see her face because until now he was lost in her eyes but now he was lost in her simplicity. She wore nothing special and her pale fair complexion wouldn't strike many as pretty but for Neil she somehow looked like an Angel.

''An angel in a hoodie'' he thought to himself and smiled.

''Are u fuckinggg mad? Why r u smiling?'' Avni says to him clearly irritated with the day's events and breaks Neil's reverie.

''Neil are u ok?'' Ayush , Neil's friend asks him and lends him a hand .

Neil stands up with his support and begins to dusts himself and all this while he was looking at the girl in front of her.

''Yes i am fine'' Neil replies absentmindedly.

''Fine? Dude u bumped into me and made me fall. Are u seriously blind or what?'' Avni says angrily.

Neil didn't get why this girl was behaving like this. She looked so calm just a few seconds ago and now she has turned into a lioness . Neil got irritated because he was not used to be scolded upon. Being Neil Khanna had earned him only respect from other people because of his humbleness and well mannerism but this girl was continuously shouting at him even though it was her fault .

''Listen madam tumha kisna kahathaka that to bend in the middle of the road? Of Course anyone could stumble. It's ur fault and you are shouting at me!'' Neil exclaims.

''What the-'' Avni's reply gets interrupted by Ali as he marches towards her after hearing the commotion.

''Avni tu theek hai?'' Ali enquirers and places a hand on her shoulder.Avni immediately tenses up which doesn't remain unnoticed by Neil.

''Why does she look uncomfortable '' He thinks to himself.Neil looks at Ali's hand and he felt a bubbling feeling in the pit of his stomach. For some reasons he was equally uncomfortable like Avni because of Ali's hand on her shoulder.

''Yes Ali i am fine'' she replies and shrugs off Ali's hand. Ali realising what he did immediately removes his hand and distances a little away from her.

''OMG! Neil baby are u all right?''says a whiny voice coming from behind.

Clad in skinny ripped jeans and a tight fitting red tank top and covered with dozens of makeup comes Juhi.

The first thing that Avni notices about her was the heavy makeup. It's not like Avni hates makeup or hates those who apply it but she does know that there are two types of people who apply so much makeup - those who actually enjoy doing their makeup and those who use makeup to hide their true face from the world, the hideous side that they want to be remained hidden. And looking at Juhi, Avni was sure that she belonged to the second category. Avni has trained in Krav Maga and mastered the art of self defence. And thanks to this art form her senses has sharpened and she has become an expert in judging people. She could easily detect anything unsettling in a person and for some reasons Juhi was giving her bad vibes.

''Who the hell do u think you r huh? Maharani Victoria?'' Juhi barks at her.

Avni winces as the sharp and irritating voice of Juhi practically threatens to burst her eardrums. Her English wasn't normal. It's like she was pretending to talk in American accent but ended up badly mixing english and hindi accent and her annoying voice wasn't helping either. Annoyance was clearly visible in Avni's face and Ali knew that if Juhi continued her rant then either Avni would be alive or Juhi.

''If I had to listen to an asshole, i would fart. But sorry sweetie seems like u were not blessed with adequate brains cell but why don't keep talking and someday you might say something intelligent '' Avni says to her angrily.

The crowd gets filled with laughter as they hear Avni's brilliant comeback and at sight of Juhi's insulted face. Even Neil cracks a grin upon hearing her.

Juhi was shocked. No has ever even dared to talk to her in a high tone let alone insulting her. Being Neil Khanna's girlfriend had earned her the privilege of being superior than every other girl. All other girls wanted to her and the boys wanted her . Juhi begins to fume in anger and swears to extract revenge from this Girl for insulting her.

Avni gives a fake smile to Juhi and leaves the spot with Ali trailing behind her, leaving a shocked and a love strucked Neil behind.
