“You're telling me you watched the first episode of Summer Detour with Yook Sungjae on Pinetree Entertainment's rooftop with projector and sweets and popcorns— and it was not a date?”
I slapped Sooyoung's hand across the table. “Hey, tone it down. People might hear you.”
We're currently in a coffeeshop. She's having shaved ice while I got a cup of... tea.
She smiled sheepishly. “But he's so sweet, isn't he? He told you all that to make you feel better. Aw. I'm gonna write about this.”
“Seriously?”
“Don't worry, I'll give you both different names.”

“So, do you like him?”
“As a person, yeah.”
Sooyoung grinned, batting her eyelashes. “As a person your ass! You like him. I just know it. You talk about him as if he created the alternate universe you've been dreaming about.”

My phone vibrated and I sighed, looking at her. “Gotta go. Youngji is bugging me. See you next time.”
