Emelia prepares for her meeting with board members in Stark's industry. She finishes her make up with some bright red lipstick and grabs her bag. She picks up her device and packs it in carefully and slips on her apple watch.

"Good afternoon Miss. Are we going somewhere?" A male cyber voice says through the watch. He sounded younger and a bit of a higher voice than JARVIS.

"Yes we are JAMES." Emelia created JAMES when she was fourteen as her own personal A.I. instead of using JARVIS. "I have a presentation on my heart Capacitor and want to bring you along and show you off a bit," she says with a slight smirk.

"Alright, you bringing me to attention isn't just to rub in Mr. Stark's face is it?"

"Do you not know me," she chuckles snapping her bag shut.

"Em! You ready?!" Tony shouts up.

"Miss, Mr. Stark is calling for you," Emelia rolls her eyes at JARVIS.

"I'm aware JARVIS, I'm on my way," she grabs her bag and walks out of the room down the stairs. Tony fixes his tie in the reflection of the huge glass window. "Hey! Genius billionaire, you can stop staring at yourself you're pretty enough," Tony chuckles and turns to her.

"Hey, you had to get your good looks from someone," Tony says walking to her.

"You're right...when I see Mom I'll thank her."

"Ooh good looks and a quick wit. No...you definitely take after me," Emelia rolls her eyes chuckling.

"Can we just go? Before your ego inflates too much..." Tony laughs a bit leading her out to the limo.

"Of course, can't keep my genius, billionaire philanthropist in training waiting for her big moment," Emelia smiles and giggles holding onto her bag.

Emelia takes a deep breath as Tony's board members walk in to the large conference room. She grips the bag anxiously as they fill the seats around the table. They see Emelia, a small almost seventeen year old girl, among all these big time executives. They look at her like big cats about to attack a little mouse. Tony steps forward clearing his throat. "May I present to you gentlemen, the beautiful and incredibly smart Emelia Stark," he introduces ushering her to step forward. The men murmur to themselves as she takes a deep breath.

"Hello, I'm Emelia Stark, and I want to present my invention to you that I believe will replace Arc Reactors." she starts with confidence. "JAMES projection please."

"Yes Miss," he replies as lights go down a holographic projection appears.

"JAMES?" a man shouts. "I don't believe I've heard of this program...you don't use JARVIS?"

"No sir, I made my own A.I. program. I call him JAMES. It stands for 'Just A More Evolved System'." Emelia glances at her Father with a small smirk seeing him laugh and shake his head. "But no, that's not what I am presenting," she opens her bag and pulls out the small device. "This...is a sort of a miniature Arc Reactor. But, without having to carve out a piece of chest and being forced with my Father's chest piece....this is a portable version that," she pushes a button showing a holograph projection of the wires coming out of the device. "when these wires are placed near the heart, it sends out waves that can help people keep steady heart beat and help much like the Arc Reactor. Mostly inspired by my Father and his Father before him. I will show a demonstration on a realistic dummy model of how the heart capacitor should work," the floor rises revealing a dummy on a table. Emelia places the wires with patches holding them in place onto the dummies chest. She flips the device on twisting a knob that starts to send out the waves. The holographic screen shows the artificial signs of the dummy and the heart beginning to beat at a normal speed.

Emelia smiles as everything seemed to be going well, the executives were in awe at it. Suddenly, however, the device begins to spark in her hand. She frowns looking at it, when the heart beat on the dummy begins to speed up. Faster and faster the heart beat while Emelia struggles to shut it off. She starts to panic as the heart beat was getting too fast. Tony runs to Emelia, grabbing her, and pulling her away as the chest of the dummy blows up.

Emelia looks over at the carnage feeling her heart break. She walks over picking up the fried device. "What the hell were you trying to do?!" an executive yelled.

"Do you expect us to put our money in that?!" another shouts. They all shout at Emelia about how dangerous the device is and hateful things about the risky, stupid invention.

"Alright, that's enough! If anyone else wants to say anything, turn in your resignation letters!" Tony shouts to them. The room fell silent. "That's what I thought, now you know where the exit is." the whole room slowly files out one particular person lingering behind as they watch Emelia toss the device away. Finally, they stand and leave. "Em honey..." Emelia shakes her head trying her best not to cry.

"Let's just go home...they were right. It was a dumb idea...." Tony hugs his daughter close as they walk out of the building together.

((Hey guys. Thank you for reading I'm sorry for the long wait. I was having trouble with some things. The invention may not sound realistic or even strange but it plays a key part later in the story. Again, thank you guys for reading and I hope you enjoyed. Peace...))
