Emelia walks into a nice restaurant wearing a red blouse, black skirt that stopped above her knees, black blazer, gold jewelry, and not much makeup. She walks to the door greeter. "Table for one?" he asks.

"I'm with a Mercury Stane." she answers.

"Ah, right this way," he leads her to a table that was off by itself with a young man sitting in the chair that had its back against the wall. His hair was brown, a bit long with some curl to it. His eyes a piercing dark color as he gave off an intimidating look even when he was smiling. He looks at Emelia with a grin and stands, pulling out her chair.

"Miss Stark, pleasure to finally meet you." Emelia nods her head.

"You as well, Mr. Stane," she takes a seat and he sits across from her. A server walks over.

"Can I start you off with any drinks?"

"Water for me," Emelia says in a soft voice.

"Your finest Chardonnay." Mercury says and the server bows, walking away.

"Fancy drink?"

"What can I say, I'm a fancy man. Miss Stark or can I call you Emelia?"

"Miss Stark is fine," she replies and opens the menu. "Do you want to continue the chit chat or get straight to the point?"

"I think our families should become partners once more." She looks up at him.

"You're joking right?" He gives a confident smirk.

"I know we have some beef between us-"

"Beef? You call your grandfather nearly killing not only my Father, but my Mother: beef? It's far more than that, Mercury Stane." The waiter sets down their drinks and a basket of bread before walking away. He picks up his wine glass full of chardonnay and sips it.

"Well, I'm not my grandfather and I plan to patch up my family's name."

"With what?" Emelia takes out a bread stick.

"Well, I imagine that Tony Stark is going to eventually hand down the business to you, maybe sooner than you believe." She looks at him with a cocked brow. "So, why not try to prove Stane can be trusted, by making me your second in command, partner in crime, or whatever you want to call it." She scoffs.

"Let me get this straight, you want me to make you my business partner like your grandfather was for mine and my Father?"

"Exactly! I have ideas on how to further Stark Industries. Maybe we can even go into the weapons field again-"

"We're done here." she stands up, slamming a fifty on the table and walking to the door. Mercury goes after her.

"Emelia!"

"Miss Stark!" she corrects as she talked to the valet.

"Why are you so upset about going back towards weapons? What you made if we can get it back from the people who took it, could make a great weapon for a team like the Avengers."

"The thing I made, I want destroyed!" she turns to him fully. "It was that thing that ended up being used to kill my best friend and gave me the problems I have! It was meant to work like the magnet my Father wears! It was to keep the heart beating and eventually be used to keep shrapnel out of the heart! Not an electrical weapon that can KILL people." Mercury looked taken back by her reaction and outburst of anger. "Don't even think about calling that a weapon again." The valet pulls around with her car. She hops into the convertible as it had the top down and quickly gets behind the wheel.

"At least think about it," Mercury leans on her car. She hums and taps the wheel.

"Still no. Buh bye!" he steps on the gas and speeds away from the restaurant. She looks in the rearview mirror seeing Mercury watching her drive away, but she rolls her eyes, driving towards home.

She parks outside her home, running her hands through her hair, thinking about what Mercury said. She shakes her head and goes into the house. Down to her lab. She saw the suit standing there, completed and ready for a test drive. She smiles as flicks everything to life and walks to the suit.
