i put the other side of my earphones inside of my ear since i only had one on as i stood up to go to break. i usually hung out next door and kept to myself.

i sat down on my usual spot when i walked in while many others came in to greet their friends. i looked up for a brief moment and immediately saw a boy looking incredibly aesthetic walk past the door.

we made eye contact for about a second and that second alone made my chest tighten. i stood up and poked my head out the door to see him walking out the building.

"who was that kid?" i asked myself and my friend alana overheard me and smiled wide. she came over and smirked a bit.

"that my friend is everyones "aesthetic boy" evan hansen. he just started here. he's in sophomore year" i was a junior. im one year older...he was so cute. i looked at alana and smiled.

"what's he like?" i asked softly and she looked at me weirdly.

"woah. you're smiling. that's so weird...i like it. so evan hansen is new obviously but don't let his appearance fool you. he's suuuper sensitive and anxious like more anxious than the average person should. he wears a lot of those nice "tumblr aesthetic" looking clothes but he's so sweet. we actually sit together during 5th period" i just sighed in delight

"i think...i think i have a crush now" i said as i looked at alana and she shook her head.

"he...kinda has a boyfriend already...but that guys sooo abusive...look" alana grabbed my hand and led me around the school. she hid behind a building and we saw evan talking with a boy.

"woah....thats jason dean....wasn't he with veronica?" alana nodded and looked at me.

"well veronica dumped him a couple months back since he was too toxic. he started to like evan since the first day he even came here. i guess evan liked him as well and they got together" i looked at evan and he was blushing and smiling as jd would put his hand on his chin.

"connor...you're a good kid. sure a bit emo but you're nothing compared to jason dean. he's toxic but he knows his way around the people he likes. they fall for him instantly and evan does seem to be loving him...but you can make happier" i looked back and jd kept kissing evan and evan would kiss him back lovingly.

"i don't want to be that person that ruins a relationship alana...but i don't want jason dean to make him do things he doesn't want to do..." i sighed and looked at the floor.

"well if you really like evan i say go for it. oh shoot! i gotta go back to class but if you need me here's my number" she gave me her phone number and waved goodbye. i waved and continue to look back at them and sighed.

"can't you realise he's toxic evan hansen?"

"you know...i really love you evan" my boyfriend jd told me and i blushed as i leaned in to kiss him. he made me feel special and made me forget about a lot of things that are going on.

he would kiss me deeper and it felt a bit overwhelming but i still kiss back. so much is going on in my life and this boy makes me feel a bit more at ease. he pulled away and put me on his lap.
