Perhaps you'll find comfort in knowing,
your friends support you in all that you do.
Perhaps you'll find that the changes you made,
were the best decisions for you.
Perhaps you'll find you're happier this way,
letting go of all that hate.
Perhaps you'll find that all along,
those bad feelings were all dead weight.
Perhaps you'll find solace in letting go,
of the people who did you no good.
Perhaps you'll find those burdens you carried with you,
were things they never understood.
Perhaps you'll find someone who listens with interest,
to stories and feelings you share.
Perhaps you'll find meaning in the choices you've made,
even the ones you couldn't bear.
