Phil's POV

Five days later

"Subscribe for more videos. Bye!"

Dan and I finished our video and turned off the camera. "Do you think they are going to find her?" I whispered. Dan looked uncertain. "I don't know, but I really hope they do. If not..." Neither of us wanted to think about what that would mean. Not thinking about it was not the best way to deal with it of course, but it was too much. That someone we knew had been kidnapped felt unreal. Someone that I loved. And that was the best thing that had ever happened, I thought bitterly to myself.

Dan poked my arm. "What about..." he gestured at the door and I knew who he meant.

"What about her?"

"Do you think she's safe here?" he hissed.

A question that was deeply uncomfortable, because we didn't know. There were police outside our house in disguises, but that didn't matter if someone took her when she was out. Of course, that was probably not going to happen since she hadn't been out since she got here.

"Have you seen her sleep?" Dan asked. "Because I don't think she's done that in two days or more"

No, I hadn't. She just kinda existed, she ate and played some game to distract herself from the world. We had sent a message to her followers on Twitter, saying that she was sick and taking a vacation. If only it was true.

It knocked on the door and Dan and I jumped, Dan nearly falling over. "Come in" I said. It was Y/N. She looked terrible, bags under her eyes, her hair in a messy bun that didn't hide the fact that she had not brushed her hair in four days.

"Hi" she said.

"Hi. Is everything alright?" I asked.

"I... yeah, I just have a headache. Could you like, follow me to the store? I don't want to go alone"

"Sure. You want both of us to go with you, or do you want to be able to go around without having to tell Phil where we live?" Dan asked, and I looked at him sourly.

"Just because it's true doesn't mean I like to hear about it"

Y/N smiled a little, which was the reason Dan had said it. I didn't get lost that easily. Or, well I did, but we didn't have to talk about that. It was very embarrassing.

"It's fine, I don't mind telling you that Phil. Just remember how many stairs up you live, and it will be fine."

"Will he remember that though?" Dan murmured.

"Shut up"

"Oh, did I hurt your feelings?"

"Alright children, no fighting" Y/N said with a smile. "I'm gonna go get ready. Don't have fight when I'm gone" She left and closed the door behind her. I looked at Dan.

"Maybe it will be alright" I said, hopefully. Dan nodded.

"Let's hope"

A/N

Hi! I think I've updated twice this month, and honestly, I'm impressed with myself. This chapter is not the best either, but I did enjoy writing Dan and Phil like the five-year-olds they are sometimes. I've also had a bit of an idea-drought but this chapter helped me shake the plot loose. I feel like I wrote it in to a corner in the last chapter, but it feels better now. Happy Easter!
