Days went by and I told Rick what I knew about the sanctuary. He had taken notes and I planned out a small layout of the place. I was tired of being stuck in this place. I always liked to go out and relax in nature, go hunt and try to bring back some fresh meat.

I saw Rick walking around outside when I left my house with my bow. I walked up to him.

"Hey. I am going to go out and see if I can get any game. I need to be in nature again."

He eyed my bow on my shoulder. "Why don't you ever use a crossbow like Daryl? Wouldn't it be easier than that long bow?"

I shrugged. "I like it. It's not as heavy and easier to raise then a crossbow. With that you have to pull it and load it, and it's such a hassle."

He chuckled once. "Well I will send Daryl out with you."

I shook my head. "I will be fine alone. I want alone time in nature. I will be fine. Just give me an extra car and I'll go and get us some good food for dinner. I'll be fine. I survived being with Negan for two weeks. I can handle a few hours alone in the woods."

"Alright. Go grab a car. Be careful."

"Aren't I always?" I smiled.

Rick rolled his eyes and shook his head at me and walked off.

I went and grabbed a car and I drove out the gates as they opened. I sighed as I looked out at the road and the woods. I drove quite a ways and then finally pulled over. I got out and breathed in the forest air. I grabbed my bow out of the passenger side and slung it over my shoulder with the arrows I had. I started to walk down the road.

"Sir, she's back." Simon said.

Negan walked out of the door onto a balcony and looked down. He smiled.

"There's my sweetheart!" He held his arms out.

I smiled up at him and walked though the gate in the fence, not bothering to look at the walkers that were attached to it like guards. I turned and went up the steps to where Negan and Simon were standing. Negan pulled me to him and kissed me.

"So what did you tell them Samara?" Simon asked.

I glanced over at him because he was so impatient. "Everything."

Negan looked down at me and raised an eyebrow.

"I told them about the walkers at the fence, the guards. Even the lay out and where your blind spots were."

"You set us up for an attack!" Simon yelled at stepped towards me trying to grab my arm but Negan's hand was on his pulling it away from me.

"Allow the lady to finish!" He growled.

I glared at Simon and gave him a smirk. "But none of it was right. The whole layout was messed up. If they try to hit the blind spots, they will be right in our line of site. I even drew out a fake and totally wrong blueprint of the place for them."

Negan smiled at me and looked back to Simon. "See? Little lady knows what she's doing."

"How do you know she isn't lying to us? And she told them everything." Simon snapped back, glaring at me.

I have no idea why he didn't trust me, but whatever. He wasn't my problem. "If I am lying to you and told them everything, why in the hell would I come back here?"

Negan shrugged. "She has a point."

I gave Simon a cocky look.

"So how did you escape?" Negan asked me as he put his arm around me and led me inside.
