I turned to Matt, pushing him around my room in a flap. I heard my sister getting closer, and turned back to the door.
"Hey. I thought I heard someone in here?" Allie burst in. I turned around to see Matt no longer there.
"Nope." I popped the 'p'. "Just me." I smiled nervously. She scowled at me then sniffed the air.
"It smells like... American Eagle, Hollister and minty gum... Matt?" She asked. I shook my head violently.
"Well if you see him. Tell him me and him are going shopping." She winked. I nodded as she left the room. I waited a few seconds.
"Matt... Matt..." I looked around my room. He climbed through the window and onto my bed. "You gotta go shopping." I smirked.
"I don't mind. As long as it's with Allie." He smiled. I gagged inside, but just smiled on the outside.
"I best be going." He scratched the back of his neck, avoiding eye contact with me. I nodded.
"Bye Matthew." I was on the verge of tears. "Thanks. But it doesn't change our friendship." I sighed as he looked back at me.
He nodded doubtfully. "I know. Everything you said last night was... How I feel. We can't be friends." He continued and jumped out the window.
I sat on my bed and cried. This was Allie's fault. I felt so angry at her. I dialled Maddie's number.
M - Are you crying?
A - M-Matt said we're not frieeeeeendsssss!
M - Awww Ambs. It's okay.
A - Th-This is all Allie's fault. I'll get my revenge...
M - How and When?
A - Spy on them when we go to the Mall. Find out info. They've got a date there today.
M - I'm in!
A - Okay. Meet me in PacSun in 45 minutes. And wear army combat!
M - Sure. Byeee.
A - Byeeee.
And with that I hung up. I heard Matt talking a shower from across the room. I laughed at him singing and walked to my closet.
I chose a cute outfit (A/N on Insta @promise_fanfiction). I ran to the shower and had quick rinse.
I threw on my clothes, and curled my hair. I did look cute and dangerous.
I ran to the bus stop before Allie could see me.
When the bus arrived, I saw Matt and Allie walking past. Matt had his arm around her. Gag.
Finally, I got off at the Mall. I ran to PacSun, getting weird looks from people.
"Amber!" Maddie waved. I laughed and went over to her. She looked cute aswell. (check Insta.)
"Hey Madds." I hugged her. She smiled back.
"I think I saw them go to the food court." She pointed. I nodded seriously as we walked to the food court.
When we arrived, I saw Matt and Allie sitting at a table. Me and Maddie hid behind a fake bush.
Matt got up from the table and walked into Taco Bell. Then, Allie looked left to right before standing up and doing something. I wished she hadn't.
"Oh." I stared.
"My." Maddie eye's widened.
"God!" I grabbed my phone.
