One month later....

"It's just Cody" I said to Kaleb.

Cody's yelling had quickly woken Kaleb.

It was 1:30 in the morning.

"Mooooooooomm" Cody was yelling.

The TARDIS helped us to understand him and Kayla.

"I'll get him" Kaleb said when I started to get up.

"Thanks" I said laying back down.

Just before Kaleb could walk out the whole TARDIS shook.

"What the hell?" Kaleb asked picking himself off the floor.

We went and got Kayla and Cody, rocking them on our arms to calm them down.

Kaleb and I walked out to the main room where The Doctor was messing with the controls.

"It's fine" he said but I could tell he was lying.

"Dad?" I asked.

He didn't answer.

"Doctor" I scolded.

"It's fine, we'll be fine" he said.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"It's nothing" he said looking to the children.

"Come on" I said to Kaleb.

The kids where asleep so we put them back in their cribs.

"He's lying, it's not okay, I can see it in his eyes" Kaleb whispered.

"I know" I said.

We walked back to where The Doctor was.

"Now can you tell us?" I asked Dad.

I figured that he didn't want to tell us in front of the children.

"I told you it's fine" he said.

"Dad, what's wrong? And don't tell me it's fine, I can tell you're lying" I scolded.

"Look out the windows" he pointed to the door.

I walked over and peaked out one of the tiny windows.

We where on a planet surrounded by Daleks.

"No" I sighed.

"They want the kids" dad said from beside me.

"Well they can't have them" Kaleb said.

"I'm not going to just hand over my babies to them, they'll kill them" I said.

"Let's just leave" Kaleb said.

"We can't, they have the TARDIS trapped, and they won't let us leave without handing over the kids" dad explained.

"You're not seriously considering just handing them over!" I yelled.

"No he's not, are you?" Kaleb turned from me to The Doctor.

Dad didn't say anything.

"Daddy, you can't" I started to cry.

I buried my face in Kaleb's chest.

"He can't" I cried.

"He wouldn't" Kaleb held me.

"Then we can't leave" Dad said.
