Chapter 13 (Self Harm)

Jessica went upstairs and went to her bathroom in her bedroom and looked in the mirror at her body and saw how ugly she thought she looked and she slid down the door silently sobbing her eyes out about how angry her brothers are going to be to find out who was really bullying her. She washed her face of foundation and concealer and went downstairs and saw Logan and Jake's mom and dad in the kitchen with Andy, Logan, Lydia, Evan and Mike she slipped past them and went outside behind Logan's gym thinking how much easier life could be without her. While inside Logan went upstairs to get Jessica but she was not there and the only thing that he could think of where she is out in the backyard so he went out behind his gym and sat beside her and asked her what was wrong because she was not inside eating. The only thing that she could spit out of her mouth was, "I need my brothers Logan." Logan looked at her with sadness in her eyes so he called Cameron since she was just watching her brothers she picked up.

*Conversation between L-Logan and C-Cameron*

L- "Hey Cameron."

C- "Hey Logan is everything alright."

L- "Actually that why I called Jessica was beaten by Tessa Brookes in Team Ten and was afraid to call y'all and tell y'all and she misses you guys so bad."

C- "TESSA BROOKES! BEAT MY FUCKING LITTLE SISTER! LOGAN PUT MY LITTLE SISTER ON THE FUCKING PHONE NOW!"

L- "Ok Cameron calm down ok here is Jessica ok."

*Logan Hands the Phone to Jessica*

C- "Jessie answer me sis."

J- "C--Cam is that you?"

C- "Yes baby sister it's me."

J- "Cam I don't want to stay with Logan or Jake anymore sis."

C- "Jessie you are going to be with them for about four more months and then you will see us ok."

J- "I know Cam and I will try to stay strong for you and E and Gray."

C- "Ok Jess hand the phone back to Logan ok."

J- "Ok Cam I miss y'all I love y'all."

C- "I know Jess I miss you too and we love you to sis."

*Jessica Hands the phone back to Logan*

L- "So how was the conversation between you and Jessica Cameron."

C- "Well all I could tell is that when E, Gray and I come back she is going to be distant away from us for a while and I hope to know when she does because she is the only little sister I have in the family."

L- "Well Cam the only thing that we can do now is wait to see what happens to Jessica within the next couple of months."

C- "True but I got to go Logan E, and Gray need me."

L- "Ok Cam bye."

C- "Bye Logan."

*End of conversation*

After the conversation with Cameron Jessica asked Logan if they could go get food because she was hungry and he told her sure. They got into the Yeti Brendan sitting in the front Lydia and Evan sitting in the back with Jessica but no one in the car noticed Jessica tugging the sleeve of her long sleeve maverick shirt down her arms preventing people seeing the cut marks on her arms. After grabbing food Jessica asked Logan if she could go back to the house while they are out and he told her that she can because Lydia was staying back at the house anyways taking care of Kong. Jessica went up to her room and lied down in her bed thinking about the life she use to have before her brothers and sister were famous and all she could do is think until she fell a sleep because she over think herself to sleep. Logan came upstairs to check on Jessica but all he saw was that she was passed out on the bed tired as hell. After Logan left Jessica in the room Jessica got up and went to the bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror saying to herself over and over again that she is ugly and that she is worthless to her family and a disgrace to her brothers and their friends and she fell against the cabinet crying. After Jessica was done crying she got up and washed her face so Logan and everyone didn't know that she was crying. Jessica picked up her guitar and started to play and sing but hat she didn't know was that Brendan was upstairs doing something till he heard singing coming from down the hall. The song Jessica was singing a song by Alyssa Shouse called "B.Y.E," while singing it Jessica started to cry a little bit because it reminded her of how much she misses her brothers.

Jessica's(P.O.V)

I grabbed my guitar and started singing "B.Y.E," by Alyssa Shouse.

After I was done singing I got some of the Maverick merch that Logan had given me and headed to the shower to get comfortable.

When Jessica was done playing the guitar and singing Brendan had recorded her secretly to show Logan that she had talent. Brendan ran downstairs and showed Logan and the rest of Team Maverick what Jessica was doing and they were all surprised that she could sing very well but they could also tell that the message of the song was aimed towards her brothers and how much she missed them. While Jessica was upstairs she went into her bathroom and looked at herself in the mirror and thought to herself that she was ugly and worthless thinking about what people have told her in the past all the way up till now she was searching for a razor and found one and carefully popped the blade out and slit her wrist and washed the blood thoroughly so no one knew that she slit her and she wrapped bandages around both wrist and put on a maverick long sleeve and hoodie but because it is getting colder in Los Angeles Jessica had the perfect excuse to ware a long sleeve shirt and hoodie. Jessica went downstairs and saw Logan, Brendan and Lydia. Jessica goes and gets a granola bar and eats it on the couch watching Logan and the others vlog.
