Two years ago
Jarvis was exiting the club he was just in, with two boys who were accompanying him. All of them were pretty drunk. They began to stroll down the sidewalk, "So do you guys want to come back to my place" Jarvis said, strengthing his grip on their waists and pulling them in.
Both of the men chuckled, "And what are we goin to do when we get there?" One of them asked biting there lip.
"You're just goin to have to find out." Jarvis flirted back. The three of them kept talking and going on about how much fun they had at the club. Faintly they heard some shouting coming from ahead of them, they hurried over to the best of their ability to see what the commotion was.
"It's over! We're done!" A woman shouted at the other girl and began to walk wiping her tears. The girl slipped down the wall of the building she was in front of and curled up, sobbing into herself.
Jarvis and the two boys arrive there just as the other woman was walking away. One of the other boys chimed in breaking the awkward tension of just standing there, "Are you alright?" he slightly slurred. The alcohol was starting to get him.
Alexis looked up, wiping the tears from her eyes, "Y-yeah, I'll be fine."
"Okay, perfect, let's go." Jarvis started to move along and felt some resistance from one of the guys, "Come on, she'll be fine." Jarvis repeated sharply. He pulled once more and finally got them to budge. The three of them they made their way in the direction they were heading.
Alexis stood up twenty minutes after they had left, despite the fact her legs were still trembling from the emotional turmoil she was just put through. She crossed her arms, and started heading in the same direction that Jarvis and the other two were walking in.
She looked down at the pavement as she was walking, with no destination in mind. She felt shattered. Her thoughts racing, 'Three years, and it all ends like this. And that perfect smile I won't be able to wake up too anymore.' Her tears fought their way to the surface, and her eyes began to fill up like a dark cloud holding rain. Shortly after, the tears rushed down her face, as if a dam had given out.
A gunshot went off a few blocks ahead of her breaking her trance. As she looked up she got knocked into, causing her to squeal as she fell onto the floor. She whipped her head around and the anger made her blood boil, "Watch where the fuck you're going asshole!" Jarvis was running at full speed and didn't turn around. She rubbed her palms to alleviate the stinging from her fall, then pushed herself up. She started to call the police as she ran over to see what was happening. As she got closer to the scene she could hear some shouting, and then sirens started coming from off in the distance.
As she started peeking around the corner a car flew past her nearly hitting her, causing her to stumble back gripping her beating chest. Shortly after, a second vehicle came out and went in the opposite direction of the other car.
After catching her breath, she hastily looked around the corner and saw a woman just behind a car on the ground, with a lifeless expression in her face. She quickly pulled herself away from what she just saw, as the officers started to arrive and pull up to the scene.
"Ma'am what's going on?" An officer asked her as he pulled out his gun.
"I-I have no idea, I heard a gunshot and instantly called the police, I think somebody is dead!" She said hesitantly. She couldn't believe the words coming out of her mouth. She'd never been in such a predicament.
"Don't worry, we're going to make sure everyone is fine." Some officers proceeded into the alleyway to investigate the scene, while two stayed near Alexis.
Alexis heard the officer talking to somebody, she looked over and saw two boys who were under the influence talking to the cop. She couldn't quite remember how, but she knew them somehow.
Her attention was quickly diverted, breaking her thought, when an officer returned from the alleyway with a man in a black coat handcuffed.
The officer put him in the backseat of the car and turned his attention to her, "Ma'am, I'm sorry but I need you to give me a statement of everything that you recall from this situation tonight. Come with me to the station." Alexis nodded her head, and just before she sat in the car she saw the two boys getting into the other cop car as well.
Jarvis started to slowly wake up, and wipe the blood off his face. He was in a dark room and couldn't see anything. He attempted to move but he couldn't, fear shot through his body. He instantly remembered the hell he was in and started to panic.
'What the hell, where am I' he tried to collect his thoughts and remember what happened prior to this situation.
Back to Jarvis and Damien fighting
Tara and Jarvis tripped over the entrance into the tube and the door slammed shut behind them. A bucket of blood dropped from above covering everything. Tara and Jarvis both hurriedly wiped it off their eyes, to try and see their surroundings and recollect themselves. Before they could think properly fumes started filling the air in the tube. Tara instantly sensed the difference, she attempted to pound on the glass but Jarvis forced his hands around Tara's throat, choking her. She fought to get his grip off of her, but she didn't have the strength to stop him. She started to slip unconscious, and his grip slowly loosened as they both went unconscious.
