Chapter 2 (Treasure)

Peridot's pov :

I laid in my bed and looked at the ceiling. I have a job from someone im suppose to meet. But first I got to eat "Good morning!"Nivarou(a cat that can stand on two legs and can talk) said to me. "Good morning where have you been yesterday?"I asked as I ate my cooked meat. "I was collecting some monster bones when I saw a cave with treasure!"Nivarou said after I finished it "We should check it out!"Nivarou said.

"I cant I have a job, let's  do it tomorrow"I said as I grabbed my raw meat and sushifish for CyanDark. "Okay"Nivarou's tail dropped. I went out and fed Cyandark. I rode him to the townsquare. I was surprised to see  Lapis "Are you the person who ask me to do your job?"I asked. "Yeah there is a treasure at a cave and I was wondering if you would go with me will spilt 50-50"Lapis said.

I nodded "This is gonna be great you can show her that you really love her"I thought in my head. "So she's gonna get the treasure?"Nivarou said. I nodded "Who's that?"She aske pointing at Nivarou.

"I am the parthner of this rider,I am Nivarou"Nivarou said. Lapis nodded and climbed Cyandark. We went out the dessert was so hot but the cave was near.

We went down and walked with Cyandark. Lapis held my hand I blushed.

Lapis's pov
I held Peridot's hand and blushed. "Why are you doing that Lapis you have  a boyfriend!"I thought I shook it off. We went and saw the treasure. Peridot grabbed the box but before we leave we heard a roar. We turned arpind and saw a Tigrex. It roared  and charged at us. "Nivarou take Lapis and the treasure!"Peridot said grabbing her longsword and Cyandark coming to her side.

We hid behind a rock and saw them fight. I saw Peridot swing a mighty blow at the Tigrex's head. I blushed at how awsome she was. "Why are you red like a tomato?"Nivarou asked. "It's nothing really"I said scartching my neck.

Nivarou smirked and kept watching. Cyandark did a huge blow at the Tigrex. It fainted "There must be an egg nest nearby let's get eggs!"Nivarou said. We went to the nest ony to find two tigrex's eggs. One brute and one normal. Peridot picked the two eggs and we went back.

"Thanks"I said "No prob"Peridot said grabbing the half and scartching her neck. She smiled I blushed "It was nothig really-"She said. I hugged her we both blush and went.
