Peridot's pov
I was heading to Lapis's house when big cheeto puff stop me. "Why are you going to my girl's house"He asked me. His breath smells like rotten eggs. I wrinkled my nose "First brush your teeth!"I said. He growled and pulled out his sword. He tried to slash me but I blocked it using my new shield I used from the tigrex.

"Why you little piece of shit!"He said swinging it again. "No more fighting!"A voice said. We turned around and saw a spiky blue-haired man his name is Cedrician and Lapis.

"Peridot take Lapis on an adventure!"He said smiling. "She's a keeper you know"He said pointing at Lapis I blushed."But she's my girl!"Jasper said. "You,Blueshard and I will investigate  the trese dessert there's a report  about a black blighted cepharadrome"Cedrican said.

I rode Bruce (the brute tigrex)and let Lapis ride him. We went into the skies "By the way what's you real name?"Lapis asked me as we touched the clouds. "Peridot Brunce"I said we looked down and saw monsters.

"Nice im Lapis Lazuli"She said. "So where we heading?"I asked. "Near the babada forest!"Nivarou said scaring us.

"How did you?!"I asked shocked. "I climb ahead of you dont forget your parthner right?"Nivarou asked. I nodded "So were heading there Lapis?"I asked. She nodded and we headed staright to the forest.

We landed on soft ground and got off Bruce. We started to walk ''I want a monster"She said. "What?!"I asked "You dont even have a kinship stone!"I said. "What's a kinship stone?"She asked. I fell "It makes monsties closer to their humans"I said.

"Oh I see I thought you can tame monsties without a stone"She said looking at me we both blush and looked away. There was an awkward silence until we reached a deep art of the forest.

We were walking when we eard noises. I grabbed my sword and shield ready to prepare the maiden. Then a small rat pounced. Lapis screamed and went into my arms.

She held my neck I blushed until the rat went away. She went down very red "Im sorry"She said "Its okay"I said "Dont worry if you need protection you can always count on me"I said smiling and giving her a thumbs up. She blushed "Jasper never says that to me and your better than him...I like that''She said smiling.

"How about this I have a feeling your wont allow a monstie hw about you pick the egg name it and ill raose it?"I asked. "Id like that Peri!"She said holding my arm.
