Mystic Falls. Hours later and I'm back in this ridiculous town. I went to Caroline's house and knocked in the door.
Sheriff opened it and gasped.
"Hello sheriff. Miss me?"
"Klaus."
"You remember."
"How could I forget you?"
"True. I'm quiet unique." I smirked
"Why are you here? You left."
"I'm here to see Caroline. Where is she?"
"She's not home."
"I know that. I don't smell her."
"What do you want with her?"
"To see her."
"Please don't hurt her."
"I'd never hurt Caroline."
"Then why?"
"I need to see her. I miss her."
"She's at the Grill. Don't hurt her."
"I won't. Thanks."

I smiled as I neared the Grill. Her mother thought that I would hurt her. Hmm. As if. I could never hurt her.
On the way in to the Grill I noticed a sign that said Karaoke night. This should be interesting. As is walked inside I heard a familiar, and beautiful voice. It belonged to Caroline.

"So my friends forced me to do this, although I have sung up here before so I hope you like it." she smiled and the music started. I saw Elena and Matt sitting at a table in the front so I sat at one in the corner but I could still see Caroline as I drank my shot.
Her voice pierced through the air and through me. It was so beautiful.

I remember what you wore on that first day,
You came into my life and I thought hey You know, this could be something.

'Cause everything you do and words you say
You know that it all takes my breath away
And now I'm left with nothing

So maybe it's true that I can't live without you
And maybe two is better than one

But there's so much time to figure out the best of my life
And you've already got me coming undone
And I'm thinking two is better than one

I remember every look upon your face
The way you roll your eyes, the way you taste
You make it hard for breathing

~

She looked up at that moment and our eyes met. Her eyes met mine. Her beautiful eyes, and a look of shock crossed her face and it almost looked...happy.

I smiled.
~

'Cause when I close my eyes and drift away
I think of you and everything's okay
I'm finally now believing

Then maybe it's true that I can't live without you
And maybe two is better than one
But there's so much time to figure out the best of my life
And you've already got me coming undone
And I'm thinking two is better than one

I remember what you wore on the first day
You came into my life and I thought, hey

Maybe it's true that I can't live without you
Maybe two is better than one
There's so much time to figure out the best of my life
And you've already got me coming undone

And I'm thinking, ooh, I can't live without you
'Cause, baby, two is better than one
There's so much time to figure out the best of my life
But I'll figure out with all that's said and done
Two is better than one, two is better than one

She finished singing and I felt giddy inside. The words had pierced through me. They reminded me of our relationship. Rather the way I felt about her. I could see her walking towards me and I got nervous.

"Klaus?" She asked is disbelief.
"Hello, love." I smirked
