"Helen Huang, You have been chosen to become a Weapons Specialist. As being part of the 35%, you're are requested to study at the capitol. We need your help to make the US a better place." Helen read out loud to her parents
"Oh sweety congratulations! You will be part of the capital." Her mother grabbed her and gave her a big hug.
"Isn't weapon making dangerous? What if you get hurt?" Helen's dad said worried.
"It's better than being dead." Helens mom smiled
"But you coul-" He was cut of by Helen
"Stop! There is no way to fight the capital now." Helen said looking at her dad

"We need Helen." Andy yelled out, while looking at the weapons sitting in front of him.
"What for? She is at the capital right now." Kathy said confused
"These weapons are severely damaged. Helen is a Weapons specialist and a person that we can trust." Andy stated
"We don't know that for sure." Adre said walking in.
"What you guys can't trust me." Helen walks in with a giant bag
"H-helen?" Kathy said shocked.
"Where the hell did you come from?" Chen said confused
"How did you know we were here." Adre said
"There is a lot of commotion happening at the capital right now. For one, there is a team of eliminators looking for you and your dad is the lead. Two, Rinoa, Shaohua and Joanne got captured." Helen said with a straight face
"That doesn't explain how you got here." Adre steps closer.
"Found out Tierra was in the capital. President Damned called me in to go over Weapon reports and I saw Tierra in a office inside of his office. President Damned left to talk to two of the head eliminators and Tierra didn't know I was in the office. She was apparently on the phone with you." Helen drops the bags to the floor. "Oh and to answer question, I followed you here one time from the capital . If you are going to keep secrets, always keep them good."
"And this is why I never let you do anything Andy. Your reckless." Adre says glaring at andy.
"Look it wasn't an eliminator so what's the problem." Andy said
"Are you serious?" Adre said angrily
"Is it just me or do those two never stop fighting?" Kathy mumbled.
"WELL!" Helen said loudly "I brought some weapons. The ones I constructed are better than the tacky ones sitting on the table."
"How did you know we needed weapons?" Lok asked
"Everyone needs my weapons." Helen laughed

"I wish they would feed us here. We are technically guests. What type of-" Shaohua was cut off by someone walking into the cell.
"They don't feed prisoners here." Tierra said walking in.
"Oh so now your not busy? What a joke." Rinoa said angrily
"Why are you doing this?" Joanne asked "We have been looking for you for about a year, come to find out you didn't want to be found."
"Did you think I had a choice? I wasn't allowed to leave my office for weeks. The only time I was let out is when I was ordered to kill." Tierra sighed "I was told that Andy was running the Phoenix House by president Damned, with you guys here now it's confirmed."
