GLOWING

The next morning Sadie and I woke up and ate breakfast. When we were done we went to the living room to practice the song we've been working on "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" by The Beatles. I grabbed the guitar and sat down across from Sadie on the sofa. She started singing the first verse. (Play song)
"I look at you all, see the love there that's sleeping
While my guitar gently weeps
I look at the floor and I see it needs sweeping
Still my guitar gently weeps"
I stared at her wondering how she could be so effortlessly beautiful. Her soft messy red hair pouring down her back and her bright blue eyes sparkling in the sunlight. Her face was glowing. We did this often and it gave me time to think about telling her. I have to be calm if I get scared I'll die. I know that if I tell her and she says no I'll just have to be okay with that. I'll probably die soon anyway and it would be good for her to live her life ya know. But there is a chance she'll say yes and that would bring me great relief.
