Zaky's POV
I was in the ambulance but my mind was flashing me some past glimpses.
Flashback
"Zaky, why did you do this to my sister?" Suhaib shouted.
"I didn't do anything." I shouted back
"You, youuu.. you were behind all this. And you called her there." He came at me and grabbed my caller.
"I said, I didn't do anything." I pushed him hard and started fighting with him.
Ends here.
I was holding her hand and crying and asking for her.
"Please Daneen, I don't know what I will do without you. You have filled my life with happiness. I don't wanna go back to darkness." I kissed her hand. Looking her in pain, was making me kill myself.
Flashback
"I didn't do anything." I kept shouting at them but they were all accusing me of the things that I haven't done.
"We actually trusted you, Zaky. Trusted you with our very own daughter." Zara's mother said coming in front of me.
"If anything happens to her, I won't leave you either." Her father was shouting from another corner.
"Are you all dumb? Didn't you hear what I said. I wasn't involved in this." I shouted again
"Zaky, watch your mouth." My mother said sternly
"Mom, I have been telling them the same thing for the whole night." I reasoned with her. After all she would understand me.
"Naila, please look at this from another point of view. I know it's hard for you but try to listen to him." She tried on my behalf
"Please aunty don't think your son is innocent. I know how he is." Suhaib shouted, his bruises were still visible in the dark.
"Suhaib, this is not the time to start your rivalry with him." My mother said before I could say anything
"Starting rivalry am I? Ask him wasn't this jack is his best mate?"
"No, he can't be friends with him..." mom started saying in my defence
"So, does that mean I told him to do this. Look man, this all came as a shock to me."
My mom eyed me and said," You are friends with these kind of guys."
"Mom please, what this has got to do with it." I know where she was going and I don't have time to explain it to her. I wanted her with me on this and I knew why Suhaib was doing all of that.
"These guys are the only friends he had. No normal kid in the school talks to him and comes near him because they fear that Zaky will punish them or bully them."
"Suhaibbb..." I stared at him
"I am not afraid of you now. Look what you have done to my sister."
"She knew how we all are and she came to us on her own will." I couldn't keep it in and told them.
"What you two are talking about. Tell me Zaky what's going on." My mother asked again.
