Shopping Day

- Gina's POV-
    The next morning I woke up realizing we did not have any food in the house besides a banana. I woke up, got dressed and yelled to Em telling her we need to go food shopping. Em finally wakes her lazy ass up and gets ready. We got in an uber and went to the town. I decided to text the twins and tell them where we are going to be. I didn't expect a response right away because was pretty early. Em fell asleep in the uber which was embarrassing but whatever. We found a small cafe and sat down to grab some breakfast. We both sat down at a table by a window. I decided to take some artsy photos with the great scenery. We ate our breakfast, paid the bill and left to get the shopping over with.
We finally made it to a super-market and got inside. It was barely past 10 but it was already to hot and humid outside. I grabbed a shopping cart and started walking. "Let's go get some fruit first." Em said more lively. "Ill grab the bananas, apples and pears. Em you grab the berries and star fruit." I said walking towards the bananas. We grabbed the fruit and off we went to other isles grabbing more food. "This should be enough that this is our only trip here right?" I ask nervously looking at the full cart. "We should be fine with all this. It is only the two of us in the house." Em said giggling. I nodded my head and we made our way to check-out. We paid for our food and waited for our uber. We sat in the car when I heard the familiar ping sound my phone makes when I receive a text. I open it up to see a response from Gray, three hours late.
Gray; Okie dokie. LMK when y'all get back so I can have some breakfast ;)
Gina; Haha nice try. Go out and get your own food. We only bought enough for two people.

We finally got our house and brought our food inside.  After that we were exhausted and decided to take a nap. I go to my room and instantly fall asleep.
-Emerson's POV-
I woke up to the persistent sound of my phone ringing. "Hello?" I answer the phone without looking at the caller I.D. "About time one of you girls answered. Do you have any idea how worried we have been about you girls? We thought something happened to you. Are you okay? Why haven't you been answering our calls?" "MOM" I rudely shout to interrupt her little tantrum. "We are fine. I thought Gina told y'all we landed safely? She must have forgotten. Chill. We have been busy and we only just got here yesterday. You just interrupted something really important for Em and I." I said. "Honey I'm sorry. I juts got worried because I didn't hear from either of you. I'm sorry. What was so important that I interrupted?" She asks with sorrow in her voice. "You interrupted my nap mom." I said giggling. "Oh you shush. That's not an excuse to worry me. Anyways I got to go. Talk to you later, love you." She said hanging up. Sense I was rudely awaken I might as well rudely awake Gina I thought.
"GINA GET THE FUCK UP NOW" I say screaming and pouring ice cold water all over her. "AHHH what the fuck Em?" She said clearly pissed off. "My mom called until I woke up because you didn't call them when we landed and apparently they have been worried about us." I tell her. Her face turned red instantly as knew she didn't call them like she was supposed to. "Don't worry I took care of it when my mom called me." I said glaring at a soaking Gina. We both burst into laughter and I didn't even know why. Once we were done  we went outside to try and enjoy the rest of out day.  We decided to just walk around outside, not really knowing what to do with the rest of the day. It was six o'clock but there was some light left. We just walked around aimlessly, talking about random stuff. We didn't realize what time it was until it was completely dark We laughed realizing it must be midnight and that this is definitely one of the best things we have ever done. We went back to our house and went to bed.
