Taehyung left before you woke up, which was probably for the best. You didn't want him to see if you started throwing up again, you just wanted to figure out what was going on.

You started searching on your laptop, focusing on finding the source of your sickness. And you did.

Hanahaki disease; sickness
- an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The infection can be removed through surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals.

You sat there for a moment, before shutting your laptop, tears beginning to fill your eyes. You stood up suddenly, changing clothes before leaving your shared apartment.

You arrived at the cafe near your home, waving at Yoongi, the irritated barista.

"Americano, right?" He asked, you nodded.

"..And a black coffee, and two of the flower cookies." You said softly, looking at the fresh pastries and cookies.

"Picking up something for your lover boy?" Yoongi asked, grinning a bit. You frowned, sighing deeply.

"Yes, but I wouldn't call him that."

"I really don't know what you see in him. If he doesn't love you, he's blind. You're always thinking about everyone else, like now, picking up coffee and a cookie? You're disgustingly sweet." You couldn't stop yourself from letting out a soft laugh, Yoongi always had a way of being sassy that made you smile.

He set your stuff on the counter, and you handed him the money, along with a bit of a tip. You smiled softly.

"Thanks Yoongi, I'll see ya later."

"Mhm."

You began walking home, the wind a bit chillier on your skin than you'd remembered. It was a decent walk, but when you entered home, your cheeks were tinted pink from the short venture.

"You worried me. I thought you'd be here, but you were gone. Why?" Taehyung's voice was a mixture of anger and softness.

"I went to visit Yoongi."

"Really? You left the house when you're sick, just to go visit him? You must be stupid." You ignored Tae, walking past him and going into the kitchen.

You set down his coffee and cookie, taking a drink of your own Americano.

"I got you something while I was there. Enjoy it." Your voice was low, your eyes focused as you stared out of the kitchen window.

You heard him enter, sighing as he took a drink of his coffee.

"Please don't leave without telling me where you're going." He tried to kiss your cheek, but you doged it.

"You don't own me, Tae. Go live with Jung Soo, I'll pay rent by myself." You didn't mean what you said, but you didn't try and apologise.

"Fine."

He picked up his cookie and coffee.

"I'll be back for my things." He said before walking out of the door, slamming it shut behind him.
