--quick notice, I have messed up the time zones for this book lol. Aphmau would not be in the season 1 homeroom because this book was supposed to be set for season 2. You guys are just gonna have to bear with it cause I am not bothered to go back and fix it 😅 also I'm making up stuff just to go with my story--

Y/N POV

I walked to school again, with Rylan. For some reason, we had not bumped into our other friends like usual. "Rylan, where are the others?" I ask, confused.
"Oh, they actually had to go in early today. Something to do with helping Alpha or something. I would have gone too, but I wouldn't leave you to walk school alone. Especially since you're.." I flattened my ears and looked down, I think he noticed. "I'm sorry [Y/N].. C'mon. Let's just get to school. We have an assembly first thing today and all students have to be I'm there before 8:15"

We continued walking until we were at the school gates. I followed Rylan to the hall but lost him in there. Darn! I tried to scan the area, using my snooter since I was too short to see over most of the people there, but there was too many different scents and I was starting to get confused. I looked around desperately trying to find at least SOMEONE I knew but I felt someone smash into me from behind.

"Ah! I-i'm so sorry I didn't mean to bump into you!" A light blue haired boy said apologetically. Honestly, he kinda looked like Katelyn.. (😏) "It's fine!" I assured. Hey, he kinda looked like a freshman. Maybe I should ask him? "Hey, are you a freshman?"

"Y-yeah! You?" He answered.

"Mmhm!" I sung. "I lost my brother in the crowd"

"Haha, that's funny! I lost my sister!" He said.

"Hey, wanna sit together? I think I see two seats there!" I asked. "Sure!" He agreed happily.

We sat together and talked until the Assembly started. I learnt his name was Kacey, and he was in Homeroom 201, that's cool! Our Homerooms were right next to each other! The assembly started so we stopped talking to listen.

A man, who seemed like a teacher, came up and tapped the mic, making a horrible noise that made all the werewolves and meifwa in the room wince. "You okay [Y/N]?" Kacey asked, putting a hand on my shoulder. I nodded and he removed his hand.

"Is this thing on? Ah, it is. Good mor-"

"Excuse me, but I think that's my line." A female voice interrupted. "Good morning students, this is your principal speaking. I have called you all to this assembly because-"

"Wait, this is our principal? I thought the principal was a crazy old guy." I whispered to Kacey.

"Oh, actually back when I started, there was an assembly announcing that she was our new principal, about 5 months ago." He explained.

Ah, that makes sense. Wait, did she say something?

"So, that's all that I wanted to say. Oh! And also, I wanted to make a quick announcement, next Sunday will be the spring fete, you can learn more about it from the main office, teachers or mentors. Anyway, I won't keep you from your lessons any longer, I will be looking forward to seeing a lot of you there. Have a nice rest of the day." She finished, before giving a nod to the teachers and walking out.
