Blood Calls to Blood
~"Ariana." I vaguely heard Michael whisper as he shook my shoulders gently "I want to train you."
My eyes fluttered open as I turned my head to look at the man, a slight frown tugging at the corner of my lips. Why did he want to train me? "Why?" I said as he helped me to stand up, while I rubbed the sleep from my eyes.
"I need to make you strong again." He smiled, taking holding my hand and dragged me towards a cadged part of the Jade Wolf, it would be a good place to fight, so I guess this is where we will train. "You have became weak from the poison, so I need to help you get better."
"Okay." I nodded, taking my jacket off, leaving me In Just my blue tank-top and black jeans, I took my heeled boots off and placed them next to my jacket.
We both got into a fighting stance before he tried to hit my face but I ducked and punched his stomach hard, making him stumble back. "Very good, Ari." He praises as we got back into a fighting stance.
We circled each other, I smirked before running towards him, he ran at me before I jumped over him into a flip and landed on my feet behind him. I then swiped his feet out from underneath him, making him land on the floor, looking up at me. "I shouldn't have underestimated your strength." He muttered as I held my hand out for him to take, he took it as I helped him to stand up.
"It's the demon side." I smirked "It helps me to be like this." Michael laughed and got into the stance again "you're seriously not giving up until you win, are you?"
"Nope." He shook his head, the both of us began to throw punches at each other, I laughed as I flipped him over and onto his back, making him groan ever so slightly, but my laughing was cut Short as I felt my feet get swept from underneath me.
I landed on my back next to Michael, I turned my head to look at him and laughed, he joined in after a few moments, it felt nice to bond with my boyfriend's father, it almost felt comforting with him.
After a few minutes he helped me up from the floor, i walked over and grabbed the bottle of water and took a sip, feeling the sweat glistening on my face and chest, I felt horrible. "How did I do?" I questioned, screwing the lid back onto the bottle.
"Perfect." Michael smiled "You truly are a warrior princess."
"Warrior princess?" I questioned as the both of us walked into the back room again, I did remember to pick up my jacket and shoes, they're my babies.
"A warrior princess is someone who will fight for the greater good, or even bad." Michael started as we sat down on the red couch "They would die protecting their family, loved ones, even friends. They can fight like they have been training their whole life, but they haven't, it just comes natural to them."
