* WARNING*
- may be upsetting topic for some people
- possibly triggering
- not meant to cause harm or upset
- just me venting

for all the people who make fun of depression, suicide, anxiety, eating disorders, self harm or other mental health issues.
you need a reality check. it's not a fucking joke.
people need to realise how much shit can come from making fun of stuff like this.
don't call people attention seekers because they're suffering.. it flipping kills. if you think it's going to help them then your insane.
even if you don't why are you saying it, what the heck is wrong with you to find fun out of making people suffer more than they already are.

if someone is suffering from depression. don't go up to them as say "get over it" "stop being pathetic"
you don't choose to be fucking sad. you don't choose the struggles that you come across in life. if people could pick they're feelings. then guess what. everyone would be happy.
people don't want to have these feelings, these urges, these thoughts. they just do. but it's not their fault. so don't fucking blame them.

the people who usually make jokes about this kinda stuff are people who have never experienced anything like it before. they don't understand how it feels. they don't understand how hard it is. the only reason they think it's funny is because they have no idea what it's like.

to suicidal people ~
i know life can be impossible at times. it may seem that there's nothing left for you on this shitty planet. but whatever your going through, you will get through it eventually. i promise you that. you can't let things get the best of you.
think of it this way
your mind is a weapon of some kind and it's trying to destroy everything inside you, physically and mentally. but your body is a shield. it's the only thing that is stopping this weapon from killing you.
the more mentally strong you are. the more you can control these thoughts inside your mind. then the less likely they are to destroy you.

"it's a metaphor. you train the thing that does does the killing and make sure it doesn't have the power to kill you." (i had to)

or think of it this way
every struggle in life is given to you as a test. you either win or you loose.
there's different stages to completing this test. if your experienced or more mentally strong then your going to finish the test more quickly. but if your less mentally strong then it will take you more time.
there's people to help you along the way and give you tips and tricks on how to do certain things right.
but they can't do it all for you.
like in a game. the more challenges or stages you complete the better you get at the game therefore the more likely you are to defeat the hardest levels.
so the more you train your mind. the more likely you are to defeat the toughest problems life faces you with.
you have to defeat your mental illness.
it will prove how determined you are. and when you have defeated it. you probably and hopefully won't experience it again.
but if you do, you'll be more experienced and have more of an idea on what to do.

your given difficult problems in life to test your ability.
you haven't got it because you deserve it or anything. only because your being tested.
and the people who made you struggle or gave you this problem well
you can beat them up "if you ever meet the bastards" (sorry sorry)
but yeah.
bye bye
have a nice day :)
