Matt and I got married about a year after we finished high school. Of course, those last years were tough. I almost didn't graduate, and Matt wanted to drop out. Addison convinced him not to, though, and I thanked her a million times.
Since school, Matt got a job working at Toys 'R' Us as a sales person, and I went to college to be an author for teen novels. I have sold over fifty novels in one month, and made the title, "Best-Selling Author 2012." It didn't pay much, but I liked it, and Matt liked his job, too. He said, "I just love helping whiny, screaming children and annoying parents try to find a toy that is way over advertised and over priced."
He found another job as a mechanic, but he wasn't allowed to apply until he went to engineering school, so he went off to college while I prepared for the baby. Yes, actually, twins. I named them Christie, a blond-haired, blue-eyed, fair skinned little girl and Thomas, a brown-haired, pale blue-eyed, fair skinned boy with freckles all over his face. He looked more like me, except for his eyes. If the kids traded genders, and eyes, they'd look exactly like Matt and I.
Addison married Josh, and had three kids; Justin, Maddie and little Annie, age two. They were all two years apart, Annie being four years younger than Justin, and Addison is expecting another child. They all had brown hair and green eyes, which made them look mostly like Josh. But they all have different features; Justing had a square jaw and a chseled face, Maddie had a heart shaped face, and Annie had a tiny nose. They wer all unique, but if you didn't know better, you would think they were triplets.
Life's had it's ups and down's, but mostly it's stayed together, like it was glued. But I like it that way, and so does everyone else. My kids are starting elementary school soon with Justin, and Maddie and Annie starting pre-school in a year or so.
And as for my parents, well, they'll never change. They'll never stop loving me or eachother or Matt or Addison or Josh or the kids. They have been supportive the whole way through, since the day I married Matt to today and beyond. Whenever I need a babysitter, they're there, and I just pray they always will be.
