I looked at the light grey ceiling. The girl, (Y/n), even though I just let her... I like her. Just.... I don't even know. I don't know why. Andi and I broke up a few weeks ago and I'm already moved on? Well I was losing feelings, but how would Andi feel. This new girl shows up and now she's all of a sudden the girl I like. Not to mention she and Andi are friends!

(Y/n) pov
Andi was asleep, she was all curled up. Her hair was somewhat spread out since it was short. It made me laugh.
I walked over and pulled the blanket over her shoulders. Then I laid back down on my technical side of the bed. My black and mint green headphones were around my head, my phone was charging and playing (f/m) [favorite music{band, musical, genre, artist ect.}]. I hummed softly and began to think.

The black tennis ball hit the wall with a loud thump, but it didn't matter. Everyone in the house was asleep except for me. I wasn't going to fall asleep any time soon was? Probably not. My speakers changed from red to blue to green and to purple. The volume was on a minimum so I wouldn't wake up my parents.

I can't help but think of her. She's so beautiful, and then there's her personality which is amazing. I love her laugh and the fact that she's come out with her being bi. I can't imagine doing that. And the ways her eyes are, when someone talks she gets focused on that person. She leans on the table a little, a small smile played on her lips. And when she talks its like the whole atmosphere changes, the galaxy, my galaxy shifts over.

He seems so shy and awkward, but cute. Like Sam Winchester. He's so different from what Buffy, Andi and Cyrus told me. They told me that he's a little but really up-beat and happy. But from what it seems he's really close to himself and introverted and have anxiety. He looked so dazed while I was talking, as if he wasn't paying attention to me.

Jonah pov
What if she doesn't like me? Everyone else was talking with her and I was just on the sidelines. What if she doesn't like guys who are shy?

(Y/n) pov
I would be perfectly fine with him being shy. Guys who are like that are cute. The ones who hide a little and smile a lot and don't talk easy. The stutters are normally cute, well more just adorable.
If he was outgoing, up-beat and happy that would be cute too.
But not paying attention is an eh. Acting like you don't really care is an eh.

Jonah pov
I didn't know what to do. Like the crush on Andi was different than this. I could still talk and be human and normal. But around this (Y/n) character, I didn't know. I froze. I forgot all the words to the English language and just focused on her, all I did was smile and laugh a little. I focused on what she was saying, and doing. She moves her hands a lot and drawn a paper air plane along her thumb. She smiles a lot while talking, and she likes to observe new places.

He's also Andi's ex. That must be weird right? But she ships us?? Why???
This makes no sense.
I like him no doubt but I need someone who actually cares and pays attention. He's pretty I guess. Hazel eyes that are more green than brown, light brown hair. When he walked in a smile was on his face, that just made the room seem happier and brighter. The sides of his eyes crinkled a bit and it showed of his dimples that were adorkable. And when we, as in Buffy, Cyrus, Andi and I, laughed he did too. His laugh was so just... up lifting and cute.

"JONAH BECK! IT'S ALMOST 12:30 GO TO SLEEP!" my mom yelled.

"Okay, okay Jesus."
I turned off my speakers and the lights. Music still played but on my phone.

When I closed my eyes I just thought of her. Her smiling, her laughing, her talking.

(Y/n) pov
I checked the time. It's only 12:30, not that late. Eh, I should try to fall asleep to be the least. I turned the volume up some more before turing my phone off and going to sleep.

Yes I made Jonah bi. And I'm making a Sherlock Gnomes x reader, I said this on my other story (Jack Will) so yeah. That should be out soon and the next chapter for the Jack Will x reader should be published tomorrow but idk yet. Have a good night!
