2 years later..
Dylan's pov
A month ago it was Jacksons birthday. He's 21 and I'm 20. For the past two years we didn't spend any occasions together. If we did, we all would've been happy but in reality we searched for him. We didn't even spend our anniversaries together. I haven't given up on him. I need him here. Police gave up. No social media and no signal of him. We don't know if he's dead. Hopefully not. We're heading to Kansas for a mini trip.
*in Kansas 5 days later*
I was walking around to find a park to calm down. I kept non-stop thinking about Jackson. As I'm walking I see someone sketchy. He had a blue hat, black jeans, a purple shirt with a leather jacket and sunglasses. We accidentally bumped in to each other and he murmured a sorry. That voice sounds so familiar.
"Jackson?" I ask. The guy runs and I chase after him until he runs into an apartment. I'm stronger so I managed to push the door open before he could close it. I'm in. I remove the sunglasses and the hat off of the guy. It's Jackson!!
"Jackson!!" I go and hug him but he didn't allow it.
"Dylan get away from me"
"Jackson you have no idea how much I missed you! For the past two years it's been non stop looking for you. I finally found you and all I could say right now is I missed you. I love you. I don't want to loose you again" I let a tear run down my cheek
"Dylan, as much as I love you, I'm happy here. All alone. No one around me."
"Jackson please come with me"
"No Dylan"
"Why?"
"Not saying" he said as he began walking to the couch.
"Why not?"
"You don't deserve to know"
"Yes I do I'm your boyfriend! We've been apart for 2 years but I never gave up in finding you Jackson!"
"Dylan! We might've been apart for 2 fucking years but that doesn't mean you need to know!"
"Yes, it does! Tell me Jackson! I care about you!"
"Oh for fucks sake! I left because of all of you!" He blurt out
"Wait what?"
"Yeah you heard me! I left not only because I felt uncomfortable around people. It was also because I felt like I didn't matter to anyone in that fucking house! Everyone either left for work and you came home everyday late! All of you left me by myself with nothing to do! I felt useless in that house! All of you would leave me there as if I was a fucking dog!"
"Jackson.."
"No its fine. Just leave"
"No! I'm not leaving you!"
"Dylan it's for the best"
"No Jackson. I want you to come home with me. I'm sorry I never spent time with you before you left. I was too busy to realize you were hurting. Our parents worked 24/7 and you counted on me to be there with you but I failed you. I'm such a horrible boyfriend."
"You are a horrible boyfriend Dylan. But I loved you. I counted on you. Everyday I hoped to see you at the door and me running to jump in your arms and hug you and kiss you. But in reality, that never happened. I'm sorry I stayed"
"Jackson I'm sorry I was never there when you needed me. When you needed company. I understand if you want to break up. It's probably what you want"
"No Dylan. I'm not breaking up with you"
"What?"
"Dylan I love you so damn much I can't let you go. I'm coming home with you."
"You are?!"
"Yes! I'm coming home!"
"I love you baby" I whispered as I tried to maintain the tears. I walked up to him.
"I love you too babe" he said as we kissed and felt him wrap his arms around my neck and my hands on his waist. I missed this boy so much. I'm glad he's here with me.Well that's the end of this story! I hoped y'all enjoyed it and thank you so much for your support and love and thank you so much for 10k reads!
