wrong send - hyunjin + seungmin

IT has been a week already since hyunjin and seungmin moved in to their apartment. on their first night, it was hard for them to fall asleep and they ended staying up all night talking about random stuff.

the two of them had a small fight once and so they decided to make a list of things to do and who would do it. to be fair, they would switch places everyday.

they actually had fun. they didn't have to messages each other every morning because they were beside each other every morning.

they didn't even have to buy an alarm clock because their dogs, hana and kkami, would wake them up earlier than they expect.

the both of them liked it. they liked staying with each other even though they'd miss their parents sometimes.

"i'll be home later." seungmin told hyunjin as he pecked his cheek and opened the door.

"where are you going?" hyunjin asked.

"oh, i'm just going to visit minho hyung. he told me that he and his girlfriend were spring cleaning and i wanted to help them."

"leave those two lovebirds alone. they need some time for themselves."

"i wanted to but minho begged me too. i can't make that girl work while carrying a baby."

"oh, right. be safe, okay?"

"i will."

seungmin closed the door and started walking to minho's house which was just a few blocks away. he liked walking even though he has a bike and a car even a scooter. he liked seeing seoul's streets everyday.

when he arrived at minho's house, he was agreeted with minho's girlfriend carrying their newborn baby. it was cute, a lot if it's facial features were similar to minho's.

"seungmin, come in." minho's girlfriend told seungmin as she opened the door wider for him to enter.

"minho's in the kitchen." minho's girlfriend added.

seungmin nodded and told minho's girlfriend to take care of the baby. he walked to their kitchen and he could hear someone hammering something.

when seungmin entered the kitchen, he saw minho up on the ladder with a hammer on his hand and the other hand holding the nail still.

"let me help you, buddy." seungmin said as he held the ladder tight just in case it'll move.

"seungmin! thank goodness you're here. where's hyunjin?" minho said as he went down the ladder and hugged seungmin.

"oh, he's in the apartment doing some stuff." seungmin said.

"i'm so sorry if i forced you to come. i--"

"don't worry, minho. you need help and as a friend, i'm ready to do anything. you and your girlfriend are lucky to be gifted with a baby because not everyone is. at least right now i can help you with fixing the house."

minho smiled softly at seungmin and he felt like crying, or maybe he already cried.

"w-why are you crying? don't cry."

"it's just, i'm touched. you and the guys have been helping me when i did nothing to help you guys but get drunk, stay up late night with girls and even get into fights."

"minho, don't say that. you've helped us more than you thought. remember when woojin couldn't come back home here in korea because his won bills couldn't be converted into philippine peso? and you find ways to make him return here. minho, you've done a lot."

minho wiped his tears away and hugged seungmin.

"thank you, seungmin." minho said.

"it's nothing, minho. should we get started?" seungmin said as he lifted the hammer up and smiled at minho.

minho nodded and smiled back at seungmin. the both of them began to do some hammering and nailing and stuff. they'd even almost get their fingers hammered.

after hours of seungmin and minho being a carpenter, they were finally done. seungmin took the brooms and swept the dust and dirt on the floor.

"are you going to stay for dinner?" minho asked seungmin before he could leave.

"i'd love to but hyunjin might be mad if i go home too late." seungmin said as he laughed. "i'll see you! call me if you even need help, don't be shy."

seungmin left minho's house and walked back to his apartment. on the way, he stopped by a restaurant and ordered food for take out. hyunjin couldn't cook so he knew there was no food in the house.

he was near to their apartment and he felt relieved. until he saw a girl knock on their door. he stopped walking and wondered why. but then the door opened.

"did hyunjin open the door?" he asked himself.

the girl smiled at whoever opened the door, it could possibly be hyunjin, and walked in the house.

seungmin let the door closed before he stood beside the door. he didn't want to but he had to eavesdrop.

"are you alone?" the girl asked.

"my boyf-- i mean, housemate isn't around." a familiar voice answered and it was obviously hyunjin.

things were running through seungmin's mind. how could a girl be inside our apartment? what is she doing there? is hyunjin possibly cheating on me? is this why he wouldn't tell me who's calling him?

then he heard their bedroom door open. seungmin couldn't control himself. he doesn't want to know what hyunjin and whoever that girl is doing.

he slammed the door open and ran to the bedroom, only to see hyunjin and the girl talking to each other. hyunjin was holding some papers and the girl was too.

"hyunjin, what the fuck? i was just gone for a few hours and i came back home to see you with a girl? oh my god, hwang hyunjin. so this is why someone has been calling you. i--"

"seungmin, i can explain." hyunjin held seungmin tightly.

"explain what?! my eyes saw what they saw!"

"it's a family business thing, okay?" hyunjin said.

seungmin's boiling blood cooled down a bit and his angry face turned a bit softer. he stayed silent as he looked at the girl who was scanning through the papers.

hyunjin laughed as he hugged seungmin and pecked his lips. seungmin hugged him back and said sorry.

he knew being an overprotective boyfriend wasn't so good but he didn't want to lose hyunjin. he still kept an eye on hyunjin and the girl anyway.
