Hey fam..........................

ZOEYA'S POV
I am currently in the front of the dresser and staring at the person in the mirror. It was me! All dressed up like a princess but felt like a slave inside.

I was in a white ball gown which was very beautiful and had long sleeved-laced hands. I wore white heels and wore small a white hijab. Yes I love em hijabs. My makeup was simple with nude lipstick. I was still staring at myself when

"Hey. We have to move we are getting late". It was Fariyah in her anko. She sewed a beautiful style.

"Okay let's do this". I grabbed my purse from the bed.

"Oh darling you look so beautiful. Are those real lashes?". Fariyah squinted her eyes.

"No they are strip lashes". I said stuffing my phone, some money and some other valuables into my white beaded purse.

"Oh. They are beautiful and added more beauty to you. I fixed mine today". Fariyah blabbed on and on

"Can we go now?". I asked impatiently.

"Oh my baby can't wait to get married". Fariyah wiggled her eyebrows and teased me as we walked out of my room while taking numerous selfies on the way

"Oh shut up".

We currently were in front of the venue but couldn't get out of the limo. Fariyah and bibah sat across me at the back of the limo.

"You look so pretty Zoe". Bibah said for the bazillion time. She was taking different snapshots of me and telling me to "pose" "smile" "pout" "blow a kiss". While Fariyah typed away on her phone and giggled occasionally. I guess it was Aiman.

"Aren't we going in now?". I asked impatiently. I wanted this day to fly quickly so that I could breath.

"Wow so you are really excited huh?". Bibah smiled.

"Nope". I replied and saw Aiman approach us.

"Hey beautiful". Aiman said as he stuck his head into the car from the window and smiling as his eyes darted from me to Fariyah

"Me or her?". Fariyah knotted her eyebrows in confusion while pointing to me and her.

"Hey what do you mean. Am I not beautiful too". Bibah pouted

"Well sorry I guess I should have said hello beautifuls and sweetheart". He said while caressing Fariyah's cheek and then giving her a kiss.

"When are we going in?". I asked.

"Wow Zoe you look amazing". He exclaimed.

"Thanks". I flashed a smile

"So?.." I asked again regarding my question.

"Um...yeah. Very soon I think in a few". He said while looking at his watch

"A few hours or minutes?". Bibah asked.

"Let's say in between". Aiman scratched his head

We waited for some minutes or hours when
"Its time". Aiman rushed to us and opened the door while Fariyah and bibah stepped out before me.

"Where is the veil?". Bibah asked.

"Do we necessarily need it?". I asked

"Over here". Fariyah threw it on my head without responding to what i said.

"Perfect".

We walked in while dancing with all of my female cousins in the front in the wedding anko. I was at the back while I walked slowly with bibah and Fariyah beside me. I waved people I knew at the side, even Jibril, Salisu and some other staffs from the hospital were here. Maybe Dad invited them and then i saw him waiting in the front........ My husband to be. It was Like a stage where he stood and there was an N-shaped stand which was decorated with flowers served as a passage that led to him. When I reached he held out his hand to me as I climbed the stairs while Fariyah and bibah found their seats at the front. He looked okay I guess

AARYAN POV

She looked graceful as she approached me. Her gown was pretty... Does she necessarily need the veil? I mean it's not a church wedding. I hope we don't kiss. Okay she is approaching me. I stuck out my hand to her. Why do these body parts seem to work on their own? Well at least she accepted it. We walked towards the chair on stage which couples sit on. She is currently sitting beside me and we are holding hands

"Hi". I told her quietly.

"Hi". She responded simply.

"How are you?". I didn't know what to say. What the hell is wrong with you Aaryan?

"How else do you expect?". She said. Her hands were trembling and cold

"You look nice". I said ignoring her. My hands are beginning to sweat

She didn't say anything for what may seem to be a minute until she said

"Shut up. I can't hear what the man is saying"

Okay that was rude but i smiled to camera's flashing at us. Then they tied a nuptial knot on us. Something I guess that is done in India. The ceremony was going well until we were asked to dance together.

We found ourselves dancing to different Nigerian songs. She was tight at first but later loosened up I guess due to Fariyah's encouragement while I just hopped up and down like a lost puppy. I always hated dancing unlike Aiman who loved it and dragged me all the time to parties.

Well wishers came along and danced with us and occasionally spraying money with the machine gun at us. It went well I guess but I just wanted to get out of here.

Finally it came to an end.

ZOEYA'S POV

"What?". I asked mum again. The wedding ceremony has come an end. People have gone except my family members and Aaryan's. We were standing at the front of the venue

"Your dad canceled all the other extra ceremonies. You are moving in with your husband tonight". Mum repeated in exactly the same tone she used earlier.

"Why?. I don't understand. What about the bridal shower?". I was getting more angrier at the moment.

"He canceled everything Zoe". Mum placed a hand on mine as I rubber my temples
"Your luggage's have been sent to your husband's house".

"He's not my husband don't call him that". I screamed while mum quickly covered my mouth with her palm

"Shhhhh... Please don't ruin everything. The ceremony went well so don't let the press catch this". She roamed her eyes searching for the press

"Why, why?". I sobbed with mum till we both fell on the floor. My makeup was getting flushed down and dropping on my white gown.

Later that day I found myself in the limo with Aaryan heading home
