Occupation: Member of the royal skywing court
Personality: Peregrine is a very smart dragoness. She is scarily adept at gauging others, and at making sure they can't tell that she knows anything at all. A master of emotional manipulation, she has learned every trick in the book to get what she wants. If she doesn't like a dragon, they will not know it until they have been completely ruined by her. She works slowly and in the shadows, with her endless patience, until the exact moment when she can do the worst damage. She is not one to take chances or make mistakes, every action of her is deliberate. She has often been noted to move in a very sinuous way, almost like that of a snake.
