Memories that still haunt me

Falling into darkness is all I remember, I heard a voice and automatically ran to it with out a care in the world. "Help me please! Someone! Anyone!" Then I heard a curdiling scream it belonged to a child. The child was small and weak with long black hair that covered her eyes. That's when it hit me. I remember where I was and the little girl that was right infront of me was my younger self at age 4.

"Mama why!?" My younger self said with tears in her eyes looking at the woman with sorrow 

"You shouldn't have been born! I regret ever giving birth to an ungrateful brat such as yourself."  Midori looked at me with rage in her eyes.

"What do you mean mama?" The girl then got into a ball while midori threw a glass bottle at her head with full force.

Then I got up from the floor holding my bleeding head and trying not to lose consciousness. The door swung open nearly braking in the process, a man with short black hair came into the room he had a knife in his hands "what's the little shit done this time honey?" He said with a deep voice. 

Why am I having this dream!?

I need to wake up right now before anything else happens 

Or I could save myself from dealing with this bull shit again

Why does this feel so real?

My mind was screaming at me 

The man turned to his wife still glaring at the little girl "she tried to make friends and get out of the house darling.  I have important stuff to do please deal with her until I get back my dear." Midori said to neru. then she left the room but only stopped in her tracks to say "kill her or make her suffer I want to hear her screams." When she said that I felt the hair go up at the back of my neck.

Mom left the room with a smirk on her face "now then lets have some fun" neru said with a sickening tone. 

Why am I remembering this I know that I hate them so much 

Younger aki's p.o.v

Papa was holding my neck tightly I couldn't breath much then I felt a Sharpe pain go straight to my arms "Ow papa why!?" The blade was still stuck in my arms letting my boiling fresh blood run freely. "Shut up you useless offspring! We were much happier before you were born you know that right you little shit." I could tell that papa was finally showing his true colours. At this point I felt very weak and I was about to snap but I have gotten this everyday of my life.

Why me? 

Why doesn't big brother get this?

Is he the favourite? Does mama and papa love him more?

My tears were like a river, I don't get enough food, I have been told that I am worthless and have no meaning. Everyone hates me.. It isn't my fault I didn't ask to be born it just happened. If it is anyone's fault then its mama's and papa's. This world has no meaning I hate my family with a burning passion.

"Keep this up and I will only make your suffering worse" dad said then letting go of my neck, my body dropped like a brick and I used all my strength trying not to die. I felt dizzy everything was spinning. I couldn't hear anything, I stood up but only to fall again I suddenly closed my eyes waiting for my head to reach the ground. But it did not I felt some arms wrap around my weak tiny body. 

"Uncle stop this now! Akira doesn't deserve this and you know it!" A males voice said.

"No she is my offspring and I'll do what I want! Go home Haku" papa shouted at Haku but he didn't move one bit.

"Akira are you okay? Nod if you are" I can hear he sounded worried. He was the only person who helped me when mama and papa beat me. He cared for me when no one else did.

"...Ha...Ha-ku ... Look o-out" I managed to say but it was too late.

Haku let out a scream it was filled with pain his blood ran out of the sides of his mouth. "S-Sorry little cousin. I-i guess I won't be able to protect you anymore from these horrible people." With hate and anger in his voice,  When he said that I crawled over to him as fast as I could. 

 "why h-haku where are you going?" I ask inoccently with tears in my swollen and puffy red eyes 

"I will miss you Aki, it is a place you cannot follow."  He took his last breathe before his lifeless body dropped to the ground.

"Haku" my voice was cracking. I slowly got up my head was still bleeding along with my arms "you will pay for this" I told him with a lone growl full of hatred. That's when my body felt like it was on fire, my wounds were heal  completely. My eyes turn blood red, my nails were hella Sharpe and my teeth were like fangs or blades. I hear a voice in my head it said 

You will unless your power soon little one just wait.

For now I will only give you a little bit of my power 

Just so you don't die  

"Papa.. I will get revenge." I said with a cold hearted tone I think I made him shiver.

I managed to cut a bit of his flesh but soon passing out into the darkness again.

I woke up breathing heavy and sweat rolling down my head I was crying. I soon heard footsteps coming at a fast pace the door swung open. Only to reveal kai "aki- what's wrong?" He ran over to me  giving me a hug and patting my head.  "I-I had that dream.... again " I manage to say with out crying. "Shh its okay it was a long time ago."he held me close and kissed me. I calmed down
