"Can you please get me out of here?" I begged Chrissy and Luke.
"The doc said you got to stay for a check up and then you can leave, hell you can even leap out of here... wait no. You have to be careful for the next few days, Missy." Luke scolded, I rolled my eyes.
Its been a long 5hours in this hospital and I just want to leave. I hate hospitals. I can't be in here anymore, Jake left a while ago after I declined being his girlfriend. Part of me wanted to say yes but the better part of me said no. We both have past and we're not going to open up to either anytime soon and I just didn't want that.
The nurse and doctor walked in and did what they needed to do and finally dismissed me. I got up, got dressed and bolted out the door. I sighed when I walked out of the hospital doors, ahh, fresh air.
Chrissy and Luke were both behind me and I know I looked like an idiot but oh well.
"Where to next?" I asked as I turned around to face them.
"I'm going to hang out with, Josh." Chrissy said and I even saw her blush. If you don't remember, Josh is Chrissy's on-off again boyfriend.
"Luke?" I said and turned towards him.
"I..uh..I'm actually have a job interview, which," he looked at his phone, "is now. Bye babes." He said to both me and Chrissy, she then turned down the street and left me standing there by myself.
"Ugh." I said frustrated and began my decent home. I heard a car pull up by me and my heart started to hammer in my chest but it slowed down once I saw it was Jake.
"Were you waiting for me?" I asked and he smiled sheepishly.
"I told you, I can't be your girlfriend." I said and he nodded.
"That doesn't mean we can't be friends, right?" He asked and I sighed. He had a point.
"Get in the car, I wanna take you somewhere, please?" He asked and even pouted and I laughed.
"Fine." I said and got in the passenger side and he quickly walked over to the driver side and started the car and drove off.

We pulled up to a park but I have never seen this before, I looked over at Jake and he was already staring at me with a huge grin on his face.
"Come." He said and walked over to my side, opener my door and held his hand out and I took it. We walked down a stone path until I looked up and my breath caught in my throat.
There was a waterfall with a pond at the bottom. The water was so clear I could see the bottom. The sun shone so perfect it looked like the water was sparkling. I stepped forward and let go of Jake's hand.
"Woah." I gasped.
"I know right? This is a nice place to clear your head, when needed. I used to come here a lot when I was little, well a teen. I still do come here when I need to be alone or relax." He said and I felt him near me. I turned around and he was undressing right in front of me. When he took his shirt off, I couldn't help but stare at his abs. He then took off his pants, shoes,socks, so that he was left in his boxers.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Swimming duh. Come." He said and jumped in and made a huge splash which got my clothes all wet. Fuck it. I took off my shirt, and skinny jeans, sneakers and socks. I was left in my Victoria secret black bra and matching underwear.
I looked up at Jake and he was staring, his mouth hung open a bit. He looked like he was frozen to the spot.
"What?" I asked, a little self conscious, I wrapped my arms around my stomach.
"No,love. Your body is, so perfect. Don't hide it, ever." He said and I smiled. I ran and jumped in the water and came to the surface. Jake wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me closer to him so that we were chest to chest.
"Jake." I said almost breathless while trying to push away from him.
"I hate that you wanna be just friends and I accept it and will obliged, but I can't keep my hands off of you, Abigail." He said and my face heated up. I didn't know what to say, so I splashed him with water and wiggled out of his grasp and swam away, but he was hot on my tail.
"Game on, love." He said and I squealed and pumped my legs quicker. I turned around and he was no where in sight. I got scared, where did he go?
All of a sudden, hands wrapped around me and pulled me under. I kicked and kicked until I was finally on the surface and I opened my eyes and saw a smiling Jake.
"Not funny." I said and crossed my arms over my chest.
"I wouldn't let anything happen to you." He said and I know he meant it, he looked sincere. I then splashed him again and we had a full on war of splashing each other.

"I had a great time, thank you." I said to Jake as we walked back to his car and he open d my door.
"Of course, what are friends for." He smiled and I smiled too and the rest of the car ride was silent but it was a comfortable silence not an awkward one.
We made it back to my house, I climbed out of the car, smiled and waved to him and walked in my house. I walked in my room, undressed, took a shower and dressed in black sweats and a grey cami.
"Hey Rio." I said to my parrot. He was blue and the most beautiful blue I have ever saw. He had some yellow on his neck and green on top of his head.
"Hi, hi,hi." He chirped back and I smiled and laid down on my bed, I had a lot of fun today, I don't think being just friends with Jake will be a problem. I just wished he would have told me more about him, all I know is that his mother got murdered by a man and he does something so sketchy for a job, I just don't know what it is yet.
What if whatever he does, makes me run away? Is that why he's afraid to tell me?
That was the last thought before I went to sleep.
