"Renee! Get your ass downstairs it's the first day of school!" Sweet Pea yelled.

I sighed. It was either I get dragged downstairs or I go downstairs without getting rugburn and a possible concussion. I took another glance at myself in my mirror. I was wearing black ripped jeans, a white shirt that said "FADED" in tie dye colours, pink vans, and a red flannel around my waist. My hair was straightened and parted to the side, and my makeup was a bit extra, just how I like it. I grabbed my backpack/satchel thingy and walked down the stairs. Sweet Pea awaited me at the bottom not looking amused. I muttered "Sorry" under my breath and we started our walk to school. It was a new school, the school that the Northside  kids went to. Smucks.

We arrived there after around 10 minutes of walking and talking shit about kids from the north side. Especially Veronica Lodge. Her family was a self-obsessed, evil, no-good doers who were trying to change Riverdale and everything and everyone in it. We entered the school and my anxiety rocketed sky high. Sweet Pea rubbed my back a little trying his best to be reassuring. He was such a kindhearted person. A real sweetheart. A marshmallow, you can call him. Despite his angry, violent cover, the book inside is beautiful. We walked down the hallway, looking for some of his friends I supposed.

"Jughead!" He exclaimed. A head turned, them the body follow. Oh. My. Stars. I did a double take. Did I just see a Calvin Klein model???

"Sweet Pea! You made it! I didn't think you'd actually show on the first day of school." Jughead chuckled. Sweet Pea laughed to himself a bit and then shook his head.

"I have to, I gotta set a good example for my cousin. She's been living with me for awhile and I'm finally forcing her to go to school."

Thanks, cuz. I rolled my eyes and did a half fake giggle.

"Hi, I'm Renee Eclipse, I'm Sweet Pea's cousin." I waved and did a small smile to which Jughead returned. I blushed a little, but I didn't  think that it was that noticeable.

The bell rang and Sweet Pea dropped me off at my first class. Biology. I loved science, especially Biology. It made me feel smart because I could memorize all the names of the DNA and DNA strands, RNA, Alleles, I could go on. I sat down near the back, a table which seemed kinda wobbly, but "it'll do" I thought. I took out my new binder and a pen and pencil and eraser. I folded my hands on my desk like a child waiting for candy from his grandma and I waited for the class to begin.

"Goodmorning, class." The teacher spoke. He was a very tall blonde man with a very deep distinguished voice and glasses.

"Goodmorning, Mr. Longbrook." The class replied. "Huh, that's his name." I thought to myself. I wrote it down so I wouldn't forget.

"Now I know your all going to hate me for doing this, But we have a seating arrangement." Mr. Longbrook spoke.

Groans erupted from the class, some kids even booing and yelling and having total hissy fits. I stayed quiet and kept my head low so I wouldn't attract attention.

He drew the desks on the board and wrote down first names. I waited and waited for my name and where I was gonna be sitting. Finally it was jotted down. It was a table near the left middle. The last names were printed: "Renee & Reggie". "Hmm, Reggie." I thought to myself. "Who in the hell is Reggie?" As soon as I sat down where I was supposed to be. A boy walked in, dark haired, dark eyed, tall, and Asian.

"Reggie. Seriously, buddy. Late? On the first day??" Mr. Longbrook sighed and shook his head while squinting his eyes and rubbing his temples.
