The next morning as I was staring at myself in the mirror I kept replaying last night in my head.

After eating at Pop's we ran to Jughead's house in the pouring rain. We entered his trailer after running for what seemed like ages. I took off my soaked canvas shoes and waited at the front door like a lost puppy.

"I can see if I can find some clothes that will be close-ish to fitting you that you can wear." Jughead said and took off down the hallway off the trailer. He came back moments later with a towel, socks, sweatshirt, and sweats.

"Go shower and then put these on." Jughead told me.

"No you can shower first Jughead it's your house." I imploded.

"Your company, plus you look colder than I do so go. It's the first door to your right." Jughead smiled.

I rolled my eyes and gave him a grateful smile as I walked into the bathroom. The bathroom was really big for a trailer. The shower was a shower/bath combo, the mirror was big and mysteriously clean, and the toilet was small. There was a shelf with medications and creams and razors on it. I locked the door and stripped of my clothes which was quite difficult since they seemed as if they were plastered to my body due to the rain. I turned on the shower and climbed in, pulling the curtain fully closed behind me. A hot shower never felt so good in my entire life.

I got out and dried off and changed into the clothes Jughead gave me, which were indeed baggy on me, but they felt comforting. I put my hair up in the towel and then unlocked the door and going up the hallway from where I came from when I got here. Jughead greeted me with a smile.

"Do you a tea or coffee anything before I hop in the shower?" He asked.

"No thanks, Jug." I smiled in return.

"Alright, and I'll take your wet clothes and wash them and I'll have them back to you tomorrow at school." Jughead said.

"Thank you." I grinned gratefully as he took my wet gross clothes from my hands.

He disappeared down the hallway and I heard the bathroom door shut and lock and the water turn on.

So I sat in his living room on his couch and I went to turn on my phone, which was dead.

"Fucking hell. Greeaaat." I said sarcastically to myself and shoved it back in my bag now that it was useless. I glanced around the house, coats and old shoes and books and paper were scattered all around. It was messy, but what trailer isn't?

All of a sudden the door opened and i jumped in my seat. Entered a man who looked like he just trekked all of Alaska.

"Ummmm." He trailed off when he saw me.

"Uh hi. I'm Renee Eclipse, and no I'm not having sex with your son." I said jokingly hoping to lighten the already bad mood of the room, then realized that it might not be Jughead's dad at all.

"Wait, Eclipse?" The man I hoped was his dad said astonishingly.

"Yeah..." I trailed off, confused.

"Was your dad Finnik Eclipse???" He asked, seeming excited. Oh shit. He knows me.

"Yeah." I said blandly.

"Sorry to kind of violate you right now, but did you ever really know him?" He asked eagerly.

"No he died when I was 6 along with my mom." I answered numbly.

"That's shitty. Sorry for your loss." He said with a sympathetic look on his face.

"It's okay, I didn't really know them, so I kind of don't know what I lost if you know what you mean." I said, my throat suddenly very dry. I realized what I said sounded stupid but oh well. I heard the shower water turn off and I got a bit excited because hopefully he'll save me from this strange man.
