"No."
"Chara, c'monnnn. It's Easter! Think of the kids!"
"I don't give a DAMN about Easter - this is HIGHLY embarrassing, Frisk. I'm not coming out like this."
"You're fine!"
It was time for Easter. Frisk stood outside of her bedroom dressed as a giant fluffy rabbit with a basket in hand, awaiting for Chara to come out. But, to her dismay, she didn't. "I refuse. I don't even wanna celebrate this damn holiday let alone DRESS for it."
"You won't be alone," Frisk reassures, carefully setting aside her basket so the eggs on the inside didn't break open. Oh, the mess. She didn't feel like picking up candy, even though she would regardless. "I'm dressed as one too!"
It was silent for a moment. Frisk stood and waited, hoping that her reassurance would have somewhat fixed the problem. She heard locks being clicked and shuffled, the door opening slightly to Chara's face. She didn't look happy, but usually, she never does so it isn't new to Frisk. Yes, she was irritated. She was being forced to wear an outfit by her fiance for her fiance's job. The best way she could avoid it is by stalling for time. But even by doing that, Frisk's reputation would be put on the line. "It's different for you," she says quietly. "I'm grumpy, never smiling - this outfit doesn't match my spirit. Not like I have one."
Frisk only smiled, reeling her arms back and thrusting them against the door, pushing it open. Chara was taken off guard and fell to her side. As Frisk entered, she stood before Chara, looking her over.
Chara. She was dressed in a jolly bunny outfit accompanied by a small rabbit's nose. Her natural rosy cheeks complimented her outfit, but her flustered look only made her look adorable as it brings out her blush even more. This causes Frisk to clap her 'paws' together in joy. "You look cute, Chara!" She says with a bright smile. Chara only glances elsewhere in embarrassment, wanting to run away as quickly as she could - but she knew she had no way out, even if she could escape throughout the open door. Frisk would have her within seconds. SECONDS! "You don't look bad at all!"
"Maybe not to you," Chara retaliates. "I'm a part of one of the strongest monster alliances - and you ask me to dress up as a defenseless rabbit. That's LOW on my part!" She pulls herself up, dusting off the outfit. "Why do we have to dress and be a part of this stinkin' event?"
Frisk taps her 'paw' on her chin, thinking heavily about it. "Well," she starts, letting her arms rest at her sides. "I'm the ambassador. The children look up to me - and you know Easter is a celebrated holiday by us humans." She waves her arms in the air, attempting to make her point more valid. "And by Easter being a celebrated holiday, every year I've taken the initiative to be the Easter bunny! And I wanted you to join me because I love you and I wish to spend more time with you outside of our home and bedroom."
Chara blushes deeply in embarrassment. She tugs softly on the collar of her outfit before sighing. "Fine, fine." she says in defeat. "But I'm not taking pictures with these damn brats."
"Don't worry, that's my job!" Frisk says happily, clapping her paws together. "C'mon, lemme fix your make-up and get ready to go!"
Chara watched as Frisk departed, seeing her hop her way out - literally hop her way out of the room towards her bathroom. She sighed once more, rolling her shoulders before smiling, making her way towards the bathroom. "Make me anymore defenseless and I'm not attending."
"I won't! Hehe~"
