The most memorable and surprising fact about her is that in spite of being the most religious, she's most intelligent, most beautiful, best dancer and of course the most stubborn girl in the school.
She graduated from secondary school with flying colors. Ammar, Abi, Ummi and Amal were there witnessing the event. Ammar was very proud of Siyama.
Some months later Siyama got admission in Maitama Sule University to study Information Science. And Amal, also got the offer to be a lecturer in the same department. She's taking level 1&2.
Today is Monday, Siyama woke up early in the morning, she took her breakfast and left the house for her first lecture. Her heart was beating fast, she dressed very decently and of course classy in red abaya with black shade.
It's their first lecture, majority of the students wore abaya while others in their different cultural Attires. She entered the class confidently without talking to anyone she headed to the front sit and sat in one corner, she's missing her best friend Maryam Bature! They're no longer together now because Maryam got admission to study Mass Communication in Bayero University Kano. In few minutes time the lecturer opened the door. He silently walked into the class. "Good morning students. My name is Dr. SADDAM! As you already know I'm here to teach you the course titled "Software Application in the library" I need your maximum concentration and attention" one guy who was sitting next to Siyama said "this is the type! Muslim lecturer! He's very simple!" Dr. SADDAM smiled "Muslim lecturer? Hilarious! Never consider the beauty of a person or the manner of that person towards you, consider the engine. I know you're all confused! Right! Let's take benz as an example. You all love to have it I know, you'll say "This car is beautiful! How I wish! My question here is "did you know what's inside the engine? Stop saying I'm simple I'm actually not!"
The students burst into laughter except Siyama who hissed and dropped her shade by her left hand side. The lecturer heard her when she hissed, his heartbeats increases, "who did she hissed at? He soliloquized. He moved a little bit closer to her "Hey! Did you just hissed?" He asked. Without looking at him she unzipped her bag, picked her book and began to read it. he shouted at her the second time "I said did you just hissed?" she immediately switched to Arabic language thinking that he could never understand the language "kunt tazaijni (you're disturbing me)"
He loved it when a girl speaks Arabic because it's his father's native language, but that doesn't stopped him from embarrassing her. "kayf tujriw ealaa altahaduth maeia hkdha, hal ladayk akhlaq? ant taqul li 'ana 'uzeijuk? (How dare you talk to me like this ? Don't you have manners? You're telling me I'm disturbing you?)
She stood there sighting him speechless, she switched to Arabic for him not even embarrass her but this wicked man spoke Arabic language too! "How on earth could this man be able to speak Arabic?....it's his voice that stopped her from her deep thinking. "Leave this class" he said. She couldn't even say a word, silently left looking so embarrassed.
