Showing feelings

A while later, Kyle showed Rose around the whole castle. Rose was now in her room, that was without color this upset Rose and made her in a habit of decorating the whole room. After a week of walking around in the castle, Rose started to find places she could hide to get away from everyone.  One day as Rose was in her room as she heard a knock on the door "come in" Rose said breathlessly. Kyle came in and saw Rose decorating her room and moving furniture "wow" Kyle awed in amusement. "Oh, it's you" Rose mumbled as she stopped moving things around,  "why are you doing this" Kyle tilted his head making his hair fall over his right eye.  Rose just scoffed and sat at a chair "you never seem happy, it makes me upset" Kyle walked and got on his knees to look at her in the eyes. "I'm not" Rose left his gaze and opened her book and turned through each page until she got to a blank one. As Kyle stood up he saw some of her pages "can I see that" he asked with a smile on his face. Rose handed it to him not wanting to anger him as he probably already was. He examined each page seeing every little detail after smiling he frowned and asked Rose about the page of Tyler and Zack in the woods fighting. Rose cutely giggled making Kyle get butter flys until she responded: "it's the fight that happened in the woods, you know the one Tyler said that got me the bruise". It sent chills down Kyles' spine reminding him the one he said he loved was hurt protecting another man from being hit. "I'm sorry," Kyle said having tears in his eyes "are you upset" Rose shakily asked worried that he was upset by her drawing it. Kyle wiped his tears off his face and left Roses room leaving her alone to go to the secret tunnels she made with her magic. She walked in them after locking her room door so no one would come in. 'I have to find where he is going' Rose said in her head knowing she might have hurt him which for whatever reason made her heart ake.
