Ana's Pov I wake up to An empty bed, I climb off the bed and walk to the kitchen. I walk over to the cupboard I pull out a glass, fill it up with water and take a drink. I put the empty glass on the kitchen island, a white envelope catches my eye, I pick it up my name is written on it in Christian handwriting. Aww, he wrote me a note I smile and open it, he apologised for not being here when I wake up, to work hard today and try and get an appointment with roach for next week. I put the note down and switch on the Bluetooth speakers on around the apartment. I link my phone up to them and click shuffle on my playlist, I turn it up loud. I walk back to my room to choose an outfit. My hips sway to the beat while I push the clothing on the rack along. It takes me a while to find something I like but I find it and put it on. I decided to wear a plain black long sleeved high neck top, with red fitted trousers and some black heels. I curl my hair slightly and apply my normal natural make up.

I'm running a little late this morning, the traffics crazy. I sigh deeply it doesn't look like I'm going to be moving anytime, I sync my phone up to the car and ring Andrea letting her know I'll be in but I'm stuck in traffic. Finally, the traffic starts to move! Admittedly it's very slow but we're getting somewhere. There must have been an accident or something traffic is normally fine .while I'm sat behind the wheel I mentally run through my schedule, Okay so I'm pretty sure I've got quite a busy day I've got a couple meetings I also need to get hold of roach. I might meet Hanna for lunch sometime this week to find out some more information and to make sure I really want to do this then I'll set up a meeting with roach. I snap back to the real world when I realise the traffic has cleared up and everything is running smoothly again. I turn off of the motorway and head deeper into the city, I turn right and pull into the underground parking garage. I quickly park in my designated parking space and climb out. I walk straight to the elevator, I'm already 30 minutes late. Ping, the elevator doors open and I walk past reception to my office . " morning miss Steele" Andrea and Alexa say greeting me . " morning" I say with a smile. I open my office door and get everything set up. I check my schedule and throw myself into the huge pile of work that's in front of me I haven't even looked at my email yet. Today's going to be a long day .i reply to emails at glance at the date and time on my computer, oh my god it's Tuesday I need to email Christian and ask him if the designs are ready. ---------------------- To: Christian Grey Subject: tomorrow's meeting

Have your team got the final design plans ready for the meeting with jack tomorrow? - Ana x (P.s I loved the letter you left me this morning :) ---------------------- I sent the email and went through my mental checklist I still need to set up lunch with Hanna I open my calendar and check how long to my next meeting an hour and a half. That's enough time right. I start to type out an email to Hanna, I ask her to lunch and ask when she's free. I check the time and ten minutes have gone by, ugh I better start setting up for this meeting. I would normally get Andrea to do it but seeing as I've got some more time I'll do it, I grab some cold bottles of warred and place them around the eight spaces at the business table I also put a pot of fresh coffee on the table. I walk back to my room and print off some meeting briefs and place them in each space. While I'm there I grab some spare pens and pencils you never know. I go grab my laptop from my office and refresh my emails hoping to see one from Christian or Hanna but get disappointed when I see one from the jack. ---------------------- I read through the email my eyebrows getting closer and closer the deeper I frown. Ew, he makes my skin crawl, why does he feel the need to send me an email? unfortunately, I'll see him tomorrow. I want to send him back a long rude message letting him know how I really feel about him but I can't we need him on board with us so he won't be competition. Seeing as he sees me through rose coloured glasses I might tell him the plans me and Christian have come up with, if I tell him he might be more likely to thinks it's better and he'll want to put some money into it for a small percent of the company meaning he will get a little sum from the earnings .

---------------------- I read back through the email before I sent it. Click I sent it my subconscious flicks her hair and purses her lips .i gently shut my laptop, the meeting will be starting soon. I stand up and smooth out my outfit and go wait at reception with Andrea. The guests arrive shortly, I greet them and show them to the conference room. They get started on there presentation, I try my best to concentrate on their idea but I can't my mind is distracted. I and Christian need to get them ideas by today and run through them together, I need to make sure I want to buy sip and Jack what is up with him he's been acting really weird lately the last meeting we had he was touching my bum now he keeps emailing me. What's he up too? I clear my throat and sit up squaring my shoulders, I think I'm going to have to cut this meeting short I never really do this but I can't concentrate anyway so I'm sure it won't be to be. It doesn't make me a bad person right?
Everyone in the room has turned to face me " we're going to have to reschedule you this meeting I'm really sorry but an important issue has come up and it needs my attention" I say as I stand and grab my stuff . " that's fine miss Steele we'll make another appointment with Andrea" one of the lady's with red hair says . I smile at them and walk out. I go to my office and buzz through to Andrea letting her know what I did and tell her to cancel the rest of the meetings. Ana, I'd love to go for lunch sometime this week I'm free this Thursday? - hanna x ---------------------- I read the email and check Thursday to make sure I have lunch free, I sigh in relief I've got it free. Hanna, Yes I can do Thursday I'll pick you up at the front of a sip at 12:30 pm
- Ana x ---------------------- I send the email and check my unopened ones I noticed that Christian still hasn't replied to my email, he must be really busy. I check the clock lunchtime, I leave my office and hop into the elevator to go grab some food from the deli down the street.
