Chapter 12//back to square one

Christian's pov
As soon as the door slams , I wrap Ana into my arms . At first she's tense then she Let's out a deep breath and relaxes in my embrace . "I'm so proud of you Ana , you stuck up for yourself I'm still going to get my men to check Hyde out , I'll get them to keep an eye on him to I don't think that will be the last of him . She says nothing just nods her head . We stand like this for a couple of minutes, holding each other ."do you have any other work planned for today ?" i ask her . "no i don't think so baby" she replied . "well go check with Andrea and cancel anything if you do because i've got a surprise for you . her face insatiably lights up , she pulls out of my grip and leaves the conference room to go speak with Andrea.

i hate seeing her upset , i don't have anything planned so i need to call Taylor and plan something with his help . i reach into my pocket and pull out my phone i click phone and dial Taylor's number . " hi Taylor , i need your help setting up a surprise with Ana ."

anas pov

i smile widely, and practically jump out of christian's embrace he has a surprise for me! I excitedly walk out of the conference room and towards Andrea desk , i wonder what he has planned . "hi Andrea, can you cancel the rest of my meetings and work for today christian has a surprise for me , if anything important happens please don't hesitate to get in contract with me i always have my mobile on me and so does christian . ". "yep miss Steele ... okay done you have no meetings for the rest of the day have fun ! " i smile at her and thank her before i leave and go back to the conference room with christian .

i push the door open and walk in , christian's sat on the phone his head turns up to look at me and he ends the phone call. "everything okay ?" i ask him as i walk over to him . "he stands up and says "yes just making sure everything is set up for your surprise, the first part of your surprise is shopping we need to pick up some new bits for your surprise " he says . "christian that doesn't make sense what is my surprise? , i already have clothes at home i'm sure there will be something there that will do for this surprise " is say rambling on . " Ana, just come with me Taylor waiting downstairs , you deserve to be treated"he says grabbing my hand i take it and say " all i did was tell jack and Jose the truth christian this is over the top , what is the surprise anyway ? " i say . "you will just have to wait and see ". "christian , you love me people who love each other are supposed to tell each other things the person they love wants to know so please tell me where were going and why i need more clothes " i say as we walk towards the elevator hand and hand " . " Ana , that's why were having a surprise to get away , talk about things and most importantly celebrate what you did back in there " . " so were going away ? christian you say celebrate there's nothing to celebrate he didn't sign the contract meaning hes still competition and threat to us . " i say . " trust me Ana, hes going to sign it anyway lets stop talking about him and stop the moaning about the surprise too its my treat ."i go to open my mouth when all of a sudden he picks me up and places me over his shoulder . "christian what the fuck !" all he does it laugh i struggle and start to kick around " don't kick or ill punish you later " he says that bit quietly . i sigh deeply and stop thrashing around, letting carry me all the way down to the car .

Taylor's face widens when he sees me over christian's shoulder " she wouldn't stop moaning " christian says smugly Taylor trys to suppress a chuckle but fails miserably. "i'm glad you two find this so funny" i snap . " aww , miss Steele this might teach you a lesson" christian said as he put me into the back of the car and climbed in . he seat belted me in and i rolled my eyes does he seriously think i'm a little kid ?. once were strapped in Taylor pulls away from my office and starts to drive to the shopping centre. Taylor pulls up to the car park and we get out . we walk from expensive shop to shop buying bikinis , new clothes , a couple pairs of shoes and some cute la .we have brought enough stuff for a couple of days , I also helped Christian pick out some new clothes for the surprise . the only know I know about this surprise is that were going away , I wonder where ? .
