Chapter 20

Anas pov
Beep beep beep beep !
Christians alarm sounds waking us both up I groan and roll over to the other side of the bed putting a pillow over my head . Christian turns the alarm off and stretches out beside me " how are you always so ready to get up" I say Muffled by the pillow . He chuckles and pulls the pillow of my head giving me a good morning kiss " good morning gorgeous" I say . " morning baby" he reply's I stretch out and rub my eyes trying to rub the sleep from them .I pull back the duvet and stand up making my way to the bathroom . I do my business than hop into the shower hoping it will make me feel more awake .

I step out of the shower and wrap my body in a warm soft towel , I open the bedroom door and walk in. Christian is already dressed in his expensive tailored suite and is just putting his watch on . I scan his body from head to toe taking in every inch of him . "Enjoying the view Anastasia" he says with an amused expression. I smile at his playful mood, " yep" I say popping the p . I swing my hips while I walk past him knowing he watching me , I get to my dresser and drop my towel . I reach into the top draw and grab a matching underwear set. I put it on fully aware of Christians eyes on me . "Mr grey it's rude to stare" I say playfully. "Well when you walk into the room like this I can't help myself" he walks over to me and kisses me passionately. He pulls away and says "you're gorgeous Anastasia" I smile at his kind words . He then walks out of the room and heads downstairs.

I finish getting ready by putting on a little bit of make up on as well as curling my hair into soft waves ,I slip on my heels and walk downstairs . The sweet smell of pancakes and syrup fills my nostrils as I approach the modern kitchen, Christian is stood with a mug of coffee in his hand completely unaware of my presence . I grab a cup for myself and take a seat at the breakfast bar " I didn't even realise you came down" Christian says as he takes a seat next to me . I giggle and shake my head "we have pancakes for breakfast want some ?" He asks sweetly. " sounds yummy Yes please" I reply Christian get's up to grab a plate of pancakes. I thank him as he places the plate in front of me I start to eat them almost immediately knowing I'm going to need the energy for work .

Taylor pulls up outside of Steele enterprise "we're here mam" . "Thank you Taylor" I say as I open the car door . I walk into reception I'm greeted by Andrea my pa , " good morning miss Steele I'll make you a tea" . I smile and thank her as I walk towards the elevator. I reach my office in no time , I turn on my computer and log onto my emails . I sigh when I see the amount I have already it's only 9am and I have fifty unread. I start to scroll down the list when I see one from Christian sent this morning, I click on it ;

Good morning, I hope you got to work safe sorry I couldn't ride with you today I had early work meetings . I'll make it up to you tonight;)

I smile at his email , hmm make it up to me tonight how ? Delicious thoughts start to fill my head . A knock out on the door yanks me out of the delicious daydream and back into reality come on Steele pull yourself together . I sit up straighter and say "come in" I'm my ceo voice . Andrea scurries into my office carrying a diary and a cup of tea , she takes a seat in the comfortable chair opposite me . "Here's your tea" she says as she places it down in front of me I thank her and let her continue to speak . "Okay so , you don't have any meetings today but I have two reminders for you one is to set up a meeting with hanna over at sip and the other one is to set up or ask Christian when the dinner with his parents is" she says with a smile . "Okay thank you Andrea" I say returning the smile dismissing her . I focus back onto the computer screen in front of me and realise I didn't reply to Christian.

I hit send on the email and get back to work replying to all the email , scheduling meetings and doing research.
