Noodle x reader - I got sunshine

(This stands during phase 1)

On this boring afternoon, you decided to go to the arcade (because you really liked video games/you wanted to try for once/other reason) not far from your home. You finally arrived to the establishment, only to be greeted by a sea of kids and teenagers...ok maybe not a sea but they were sure in great number. You were about to enter when a very small Japanese girl practically pushed you away from the door. You nearly fall but a big hand caught you before you hit the ground. You looked up to see a big black guy with white eyes. The little lady were hiding behind the giant, who you assume was her father.

"Are ya ok miss?" The big man spoke

"Y-yeah everything's fine!" You answered back with a smile

He returned you the smile, put you on your feet and turned back to the child, still hiding behind his back

"Noodle, apologize to the lady! What you did was far from respectful! " he scolded at her with a father like tone

The so called Noodle didn't move but only looked at you sheepishly, blushing a little. You were about to end the conversation there, saying it's nothing, but the girl finally came out from her hiding spot and stood in front of you, bashful. She then bowed downed quickly

"Sorry!!" She said with a cute accent

You chuckled a little and accepted the apologies. She then ran to hide behind the man once again, making him laugh

"I think she likes you" he pointed.

At this moment she jumped in front of her (You guessed) dad and started yelling some gibberish before running inside of the arcade, blushing like crazy. The man laughed once again and chuckled

"Man yeah, she's into you!"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean don't be surprised if a little sunshine starts to stalk you!" He joked. He then presented himself as Russel, and he wasn't the father of the little Noodle, just bandmate.

"Well Russel, hope we'll meet again!" You said politely

"Same here!" He answered friendly.

Russel then received a call from someone and had to go, saying that Noodle will be fine (since she's a karate master) and once he left, you entered the arcade...

You've been playing for a couple of hours and the crowd had slowly faded, for your own happiness (not that you hated crowd but they were very noisy/you hated being in such a racket/ other) and Russel was right: a little shadow has been following you this all time! Game after game, the same little hamlet could be seen around you, always hiding from your sight with the skill of a ninja. Whenever someone would even touch you, you could hear a voice cursing in Japanese or someone yelping in pain, result of a well placed punch. But now you were there, not able to beat the hell out of this sodding boss, quietly swearing while people were getting out. When you lost for the thousandth time, you heard a giggle from behind one of the arcade born. Tired of waiting for her to come first, you grinned to yourself and, as you were still staring at the screen, just called out the spy

"Why don't you come and help me instead of watching me suffering?"

You could feel her freeze in embarrassment. You giggled a little and took a more friendly tone

"No really, you can come! I don't bite!"

Few seconds pasted. But then, your private ninja came out, looking her feet while walking toward you. You smiled in front of her cuteness. You entered a new coin in the "player 2" slot and looked at her with a challenging expression

"Ready player two?" You asked playfully.

She smiled back at you wildly, clutched the controler and yelled "HAI" and immediately started to play.

[time skip, the revenge]

You played for a pretty long time, dang this boss was hard to kill! But every time you were about to be killed, Noodle variously sacrificed herself to save you. And during the all game, she found every excuse possible to stay close to you, have "accidental" contact with you or else and every time it happened, she suddenly blushed and smiled for no reason.

You finally ended up wining the game, with a pretty high score! After that, you both took a drink. She insisted to pay and during this time spent together, you learned this was useless to go against her will! You accepted. After a while of chatting, pretty hard since her mother tongue isn't English but fun anyway, Russel came back to take your new friend home. They were about to leave but just before going out, Noodle ran at you and hugged you with her tiny arms

"See you again (Y/n)-Pôn?" She asked, full of hope

You weren't sure of what this nickname meant but you just decided to go with it. You returned the hug

"Of course, Noodle-Chan!"

She smiled brightly, then jumped from your lap and ran outside, not even waiting for her big friend, whom just chuckled at you

"Pôn? Really?" He managed to laughed out

"What? What does that mean?"

"Means you see her very soon girl! Bye!" He said and went out, leaving you pretty confused

This was one hell of a good day
