Your pov

You were waiting at the bus station. It was slightly raining, after all it always rains in Excess. And congrats, you forgot your umbrella. You were internally complaining about your vehicle's delay when you heard loud footsteps approaching you. Then, a large figure stood at your side and staid here, apparently also waiting for the bus. You slightly turned your head to see who was the other person and you recognized him immediately: Russel Hobbs. The man was known to be the drummer of the Gorillaz, the local band. But what you knew about was mainly his coldness, closed behavior and the fact he always takes the same bus as you every saturdays. You inhaled silently, ready for the distant return

"H-Hello!" You said politely...

He just hummed what you assumed being a "hi". Well, at least he responded. You sighed and continued to watch for you transport. But all of a sudden, the slight drizzle turned into a violent rain, soaking you both...well, no. Not both of you. Only you. Just a second before it start pouring, the drummer took out his umbrella to protect himself from being wet. You, on the other way, was soaked like if you just took a bath. Great. You tried to cover yourself from the rain with your arms but this was clearly useless...you started to despair until abruptly, the water stopped harassing you. You slowly lowered your arms and looked above your head: Russel had moved his umbrella so it protected you instead of him. You looked at him, confused. He was just staring at the road like it was nothing, but then he turned his gaze to look down at you, his faintly glowing eyes locked with yours... you took a minute to realize you were both basically staring at each other, since his eyes were purely white. When you noticed this, you quickly turned your look back to the street.

"You should cover yourself, or you'll get cold..." you pointed out shyly...

"I don't care..." the musician muttered, stubborn

"Oh...well...thanks..." you half-whispered...

he seemed like smiled an inty-bitty bit but you weren't sure...however, this weak prof of reaction disappeared as soon as the bus arrived. He didn't move, waiting for you to step inside, which you did immediately. Once you entered, you sat at a seat in the middle of the transport, next to the window and lucky you, the bus was empty. You half noticed Russel going inside and didn't really care since he always sits at the back and knowing him, he wasn't about to sit next to you or else...

Well

The thing is

You don't completely know him

You were just waiting for the vehicle to start when you felt someone sit next to you. You basically jumped when you noticed your new neighbor, and you then looked at them: Russel.

He just installed here, calmly, quiet as always, looking at his phone. You stared at him, a little bit startled. He glanced at you and you  squealed, even more troubled. But this time, you didn't broke the eye contact. You two just observed each other, interested by this awkward but at the same time incredible sensation you experimented during this silent exchange... But then, a question appeared in your mind

"Why did you sit next to me? The bus is practically empty..."

He looked a little startled by your questioning but answered anyway with a slight yet noticeable smile

" 'Cause I wanted to be next to ya..."

Your turn to be surprised...you honestly didn't know how to react to that...So you just looked away, blushing a little...he did the same, keeping his little grin...

You had fell asleep, your head resting on the window of the bus...after all, it's well known that when it rains, people get tired more easily and on you, it was super effective. When Russel noticed that, he watched you a little and realizing you were in a very uncomfortable position, he decided to changed it...

Careful to not wake you up, he turned you toward him in a soft manner and gently put your head on his shoulder, so you'll have something more comfortable to sleep on...you snuggled a little against him, bringing a soft smile on his face...

Some people might not talk but they always show their feeling with actions...
