Chapter seven: The New Us

Ko perspective
We were walking in the big city when I realized that people would find me out too much by my look so I went to an alleyway and silently opened my bag and found moms wallet and opened it
"Holy shit man!"
She has her license for driving, some other personal information like the phone company and everything else and 2,000 dollars inside! I just smiled and put it back in
I immediately got an idea
"If mom tells everyone I stole her phone she'd definitely track us down." "So we call and tell them to disconnect both phones?" "Hell yeah then later on we can fix up the phone to have the same things again but with no trackers." "Good idea!" "But how we gonna do that t if we don't sound anything like mom." "Heh that old woman hehehehe let me handle this."
T failed the phone company and waited until they answered
"Hello this is Infinite Phone how can i be of help?" "(Coughs) why hello this is Carol Kincaid and I was deciding to disconnect my two phones I have." "Ok and with that be all?" "Yes." "Ok so I'll disconnect them and your bill will be 700 dollars do I send to the address?" "The Kincaid residences." "Ok and will that be all?" "Yes sir!" "Well thank you for calling infinite phone." "No thank you."
We immediately hanged up and I was a bit shocked we exactly sounded like Mom that I would've been fooled about it.
"Let's go Ko!"
I began our adventure in the city everything was so different than at home it was bigger and faster everyone minded there own business and so did we as we walked. I looked around and began to take in the amazing place we were at the farthest I've gone was the plaza but that's all which I never mind but now I did the anger of everything Mom lied about started to sink in as we walked.
"We should get a new look ko you know that now we're on the run ma and the others are gonna track is done the best they can do we gotta look different from how we look." "Like how?" "Physically is a must the hair and clothing is a must right now so how about we go get our hair done and buy some new clothes and that's all we gotta do no harm there right?"
I thought for a while then started to agree with T
"Yeah let's do it!"
We began to walk around to find an area to get our hair fixed now that we are loaded we can do whatever for now so we needed a new look, new us.
Few minuets later we found a hair salon and went inside the smell of hairspray and products of hair hit us, we began to walk to the counter
"Hello sir can I help you?"
A women with curly hair and a nice outfit was greeting us and we smiled
"Hi I'm here to get my hair done." "Oh ok just sign your name and will get started!"
She pulled out a clipboard with all names with different highlighters marking them down one by one some in different markers combining together. I put my name then went into a chair where a different person, a teenager came in her hair super short dark pink and makeup with a pretty vintage dress
"Damn she's pretty!"
"Hi I'm Lily and today I'll be at service so what are you looking for today?" "Well-um hi I'm kaio and I'm thinking of cutting off the whole ponytail just up the my ears I think." "Ok dude!"
And she began to cut our hair, all the memories of these past few months began to be cut away as I was beginning a new life and not by myself.
Half way through she began to talk
"You have such beautiful hair kaio it's very soft and lovely!" "Oh-uh thanks."
I was surprised since I never get a lot of comments over my hair which felt nice to hear actually.
"I like your it's super cool!" "Aw thanks kaio!"
I then saw at the corner of my eyes a huge chunk taken off and I smiled smug
"They won't find us anymore!"

Hour later
I had been walking around the city for a while now with a new hairstyle the right half was shaved and the left had hair to my ears dyed purple.

The next thing was clothes since we needed to have a style differ from our current. Well since we have money-like a shit ton I guess it wouldn't be a problem.
We entered a store and it had all sorts of fancy and good looking outfits
"Oh ho ho how this is going to be fun ko."
It was.

"Hahahahaha oh this is to much fun, being a new person we're both slowly becoming one I can feel it as every second we're doing this soon we'll be not tko or pathetic ko- hehehe oh no will be the perfect ko that nobody will ever stand in our way-muahahahahah!"
