------------------------------------------
It's been like his for quite a while,
No traces of joy, not even a faint smile,
I felt deserted, so sad but true,
Many have come but who stayed were few. .So quiet that -
Silence had numbed me for longing for her,
Each miss-you-cold-nights gave more silence; I shiver,
So swift is the lightning, so loud is the thunder,
Rain shakes my whole night, and trips my slumber,Thinking now -
We're about to be broken yet I keep fighting,
Sadly when I needed her, she was never coming,
I needed her, but she just left me hanging,
She's still had someone, while I was clinging on nothing! Why?
Why leave my now; now while I'm lost?
You'd prefer me to suffer at any given cost?
Why leave me, when we're strong and steady?
Now that I'm not strong enough; not even ready?!But sadly -
Sadly I still love you, oh so much I did,
For quite a time already since I was a kid,
Yet what good does it give, what it served us now. .
When promises of forever were just broken somehow?!Pathetic and foolish -
Foolish me to still wish you'd come back,
Love bound us together; so I thought we wouldn't lack,
Else if you'd still prefer to go your own way,
At least take my heart with you, for WITH YOU IT WILL STAY.------------------------------------------
