When Eleven sat down at the party's D&D table, it grabbed the attention of everyone, even the skeptical Lucas. They all flocked next to where Eleven sat.
"What's the Weirdo doing?" Lucas wondered aloud, causing Mabel to slap his arm.
She didn't understand why he was giving her such a hard time.
El put her hands on the board, closing her eyes to focus. Suddenly, she reached and picked up Will's wizard figurine.
"Will."
She knew it was Will. It freaked Dipper out, but excited him also. This meant Will might be out there.
Mabel felt something strange. Her hand was drawn towards the board, gripping on to the cardboard.
She could feel Will, as if he was right in front of her. She could hear his ragged breaths.
"Mabel!" He called.
She pulled her hand back.
"Are you okay?" Mike asked.
She gave a quick nod, not wanting to address what just happened. She took a seat, feeling slightly dizzy.
Dipper disregarded his sister's behavior. She was always acting weird. Dipper took a seat next to Eleven.
"Did you see Will? On Mirkwood?" He asked, desperate to know.
Eleven reached for the board, sliding all the pieces off the board. She flipped the remaining board upside down. Eleven placed Will's Wizard figurine back onto the now black board.
Dipper had no clue what this meant. What was this strange girl trying to communicate?
"I-I don't understand," Dipper stuttered. "Hiding," Eleven stated simply. "What do you mean 'Hiding'?" Dipper asked, leaning towards her. "From the bad men?" Mabel asked, understanding that the people she had seen earlier in her vision were awful.
But Eleven shook her head no. It wasn't the bad men that were after Will.
"Who is he hiding from, El?" Mabel whispered, almost scared to know.
Eleven picked up another piece, placing it next to Will's. It was the Demogorgon, the monster from D&D, also the monster from the night Will went missing.
Suddenly, Mabel jolted up from her chair. She saw water, lots of it. She saw a figure, sitting alone on a diving board. Then she saw it. The Demogorgon.
"Someone else is being taken," she stated, passing out immediately after.
