It has been two days i was locked up in these hospital like a lunatic, I would not blame them, I don't know what really happened I could not remember, that made me gloomy. no one cared about me I was left alone, the doctor was nowhere to be found, the nurse comes only when I needed water or food, I looked up in the celling expecting to get an anwers to my problem but there was non, my life has been miserable it felt like I was drowning , I could not understand the irony of life.

I sighed! Wishing a miracle would take place I would wake up from these nightmare and find everything is okay, I was a lonely girl living in these lonely world. At least I was happy I was not tormented by that demon, I felt peace don't know what would happened if I leave these place"were would I go to? Since I have no parent". I closed my eyes to relax my pounding head, don't want to cause another scene.

The door cracked open, a middle age woman walked in smiling and beside her was a man in his late fifty with a little boy about five years old, I frown my face, maybe they mistook my room for someone else.

"How may I help you ma'm, are you lost"?, I asked, I sat up I was not feeling comfortable anymore.

"I don't think so dear", the woman replied, "am rose and these my husband ken and my grandson Joshua, we are your new family", she smiled genuinely.

I could not believed what my ears are hearing, who said I wanted a family? I could not remember anything about my life or origin, and a stranger comes in now and said they are my new family, these must be a joke.

"I know your a bit confused but you........",

"Your not my new family, these must be a mistake", I cut in, I stood up and distant my self from them I don't want to be closer to any of them or anyone.

"Please dear, just calm down we won't hurt you", rose begged. she could not understand why Kathryn was acting these way, she was hoping all would go well but she was wrong, seeing the fright on Kathryn face scares her.

"Don't come any closer to me, i dont want a family, go away", I caveat, I moved back "you can never be my family, you all are a liar" . i could not hold back my tears am sure I looked like a lunatic, my heart refused to accept that, don't know why but something keep pushing me away from them, I have a feeling that am going to be happy with them but don't know why I don't want them to be my family.

"Please we are not going to hurt you, please just be calm you might hurt your self, if you don't want us to be your family fine we won't force you", ken tried to assure her.

I hide behind the curtain, I could not control my feelings don't know what to think anymore, when I look at rose I could see she was hurt and it really brake my heart, seeing little Josh cry hurt me badly, it reminded me of someone "but who", I cried cynical holding the curtain tight like if my life depended on it. the air was filled with mix emotion the room grew temperature I was feeling hot, so hot.

The doctor walked in! Was so happy to see him, I ran toward him and hug him so tight "yeah I think am really crazy", I whisper in mind. I felt warm and all my fears dissapear,

"Please don't let them take me, they I don't want any family", I begged the doctor.

the doctor patted my back soothing me.

"Am here for you", he whisper in her hear,

I was sobbing because I could not understand my feelings. "who are those people doctor Sam"? I asked with a strain voice.

"They are your adopted grandparent",

"what", I got scared, I never wanted a grandparent or anyone to adopt me, I could take care of myself.

"Dont be afraid I was the who made arrangement, since you never remembered who you are and your family, I wanted to help you out so you could have a family and people who would protect you", he replied, he knows these was the best for her he could not allow her to stay all alone by herself after what happened to her.

I relaxed a bit "when will I be discharge"?

"You will be discharge tomorrow and your grandparent would pick you up tomorrow".

"I would hurt the people you love" A voice spoke in my head. i was scared but I shake off the thought from my mind, and I was thinking of having a new home and a family.

"I promise you dear no one will hurt you, we are all here to protect and love you", rose spoke with a watery eyes, she hugged her tight she could not understand why she feel connected with Kathryn.
