'I Love You' - Derek

(I did the 14 day valentine's day prompts)

We were in the middle of dinner when his phone went off.

"It's Scott" Derek said.

"And what does he want?" I asked.

"For me to go help him"

"I want to help too"

"No your not trained enough"

"I took you down yesterday"

"I said no" As he got up and went to his jacket i growled. "Y/N!"

"I want to help, I can help" I walked over to him raising my voice "Let me help"

"No you stay safe, I'm not losing you. I love you."

"I love you too" I kissed his cheek "Oh and tell the pack they owe me money, tell Scott thank you but also yell at him for ruining yet another date night"

And that was the first 'I love you' he had said to me but it will never stop until one of us dies.
