So I moved out of August's house into a house smaller than August's but still really big. I"Aaliyah and Isaiah been staying with August. Isley goes back and forth. Isley turns 16 in 2 days. She super excited for her party. I can't believe my baby about to be 16 alright. Time flys. I got my case off my foot finally. That thing was a pain in my ass. August went back on tour but we will be surprising Isley at her party. Then leaving on tour again. Our 13th year anniversary is the a month after Isley birthday but August will be on tour. We been doing good but I can't lie I miss him a lot. He been doing good on tour so far as far as I know. Anyways today I have a lot to finish up for Isley's party after i drop the kids off for school. I got up and walked into Isley's room "Eyes wake up time for school." I said opening her door. Her light was already on "I'm already ready."she said coming out her bathroom. "You look cute." I said. "I get it from my momma." She said smiling. I laughed "Let me get your sister and brother up." I said walking out. "I already did. They downstairs eating breakfast." She said walking pass me. I smiled" thank you Isley." I said. "I'm about to be 16. I have to step up and act like it. Even more now cause you and Dad not together." She said. "Wow never thought I hear you say something like that. Are you okay" I said laughing after. "Haha very funny." She said going down the stairs. I went back to my room and got dressed.I put my hair in a cute messy bun. I grabbed my phone, keys and wallet. I walked downstairs "Y'all ready" I said. "Yes" they all said and got up. We all got in my new Black on Black Range Rover. August brought it for me once I was able to drive again. I pulled off to they're school. The ride was silent the whole way to the school. "After school y'all going to Britt's." I said. "okay" they said getting out. "We love you ma." They said. "I love you too my babies." I said then pulled off. I went and finished everything I need to for Isley's party. I decided to go see someone I haven't in awhile but also someone I never thought I would probably want to go see. I pulled up to the place and walked in. "Hi, who will you be visiting today?" the lady at the front desk says looking at the clipboard. "My name might not be on there but I'm here visiting Sasha. I'm her daughter Kayla." I said. "Yes I have a lot about you and your sister Kassie. She put both of you on the list hoping you both would come and visit." the lady said. I just looked at her "go ahead and go in." She said. "Thank you." I said and walked through the double doors. I looked around for her but I didn't see her. A lot of people were with they're families. Then I looked and seen her talking to another girl. I walked over to her and it was Kassie. "Hey K" Kassie said getting up to hug me. I hugged her "Wassup" I said and sat down. I looked at my mom and she was smiling "I got both of my girls here." she said. I looked at how deep her dimples get when she smiles like mines. "How have you been Kayla?" She asked. "Fine." I said so dryly. Kassie kicked me under the table. I looked at her "How are you ma? They treating you right in here." Kassie asked. "Yeah I'm doing better from the last time your sister saw me. I'm sorry about that. I didn't mean for the kids to see me that way." my mom said to me. "Listen I came here to just ask why you did what you did. Not to come here and act like I like you. Giving birth to us doesn't give you the title of being a mother. Yeah dad lied to us about you but that's because he was protecting us. I would of rather the true but he was there for us. He took care of us unlike you." I said. "K be nice. She still our mom at the end of the day. She wasn't there but we have a chance now to fix all of that." Kassie said. "I understand why your so upset. You father not a saint either. Did he tell you that we both did drugs together? We both was hooked but once I got pregnant with Kassie I told him we have to stop. We stopped or as I thought. Your father was doing drugs the whole time I was pregnant with Kassie and up until you were born. I raise Kassie and you until Kassie was 3 and you were 2. It became too much for me so I turned back into drugs. I would leave you guys with my mom and go get drugs. I wouldn't come back for days. After doing that too much my mom said that she not babysitting for me anymore. So I would leave you guys in the house by yourself. What made me leave was when I almost killed you both. I was cooking for all of us and my dealer called me. I was in need for it that I said i'll only be a few minutes, I can leave the stove on. I left and when I was getting high I lost track of time. When I finally came back to the house, it was up in flames. I was gone for 4 hours. I just stood there looking at the house. The firefighters showed up as well as the police. They asked me if anyone was in the house and I told them I don't it's not my house. I knew if you 2 were alive or dead I would get in big trouble. They saved both of you but Kayla you had got a lot of smoke in your chest so you were coughing a lot. I knew from that moment on I could take care of you guys. I stayed for another week to make sure you both were safe. The day you got out the hospital my mom came and got you. I told your father he needed to get his life together and take care of you both cause I don't deserve to be your mother. I could of killed you both because I wanted to get high so bad. You girls were my world and I always said I would never be that mother that leaves her kids for drugs. But I turned into that mother. I'm sorry for not being there for you girls and i'm sorry for everything. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if y'all would of died." She said as tears fall one after the other. I was listening to her talking I didn't even realize I was crying. "Wow that's a lot. But I still love you even with all that happening. Your my mother no matter what. You were there when I was young but your here now. You can be my mother now and a grandmother to my kids. They always ask about my mom." Kassie said grabbing my mom hand. "Aw thank you Kassie." She said and smiled. Then they both looked at me "I'm sorry but this is too much for me. I gotta go. But here you go." I said giving her money. I got up and walked out as fast as possible. I got in my car and just broke down. I was just thinking about everything she just told me and kassie. I pulled off towards the beach.
