Sitting in class fidgeting with my helpless pen thinking about what to draw next. Suddenly, I realise what I did just five minutes ago. Colby's priceless reaction to it made me want to laugh but I am also very conflicted by my own attitude in the moment. I would have never in a million years imagined myself doing such a thing especially to him. I feel my face flush bright red as I slam my head against my book in front of me.
All at once the entire class starts to hysterically laugh and for a second I begin to wonder what I have missed. With minimal effort I slowly lift my head up to see the teacher standing right in front of me bright red from trying so hard but failing to stop himself from laughing.
"Miss Grey? Would you like to go to the restroom, you don't seem so well?" he says still trying not to burst out laughing. I shake my head in embarrassment and bury it deep into my hands.
"Dammit Annabelle." I say to myself sighing.

The bell rings for the end of lesson six. I haven't really talked much today because my mood hasn't been so good; the piercing migraine got worse and worse with each movement I made and I refuse to even look at Colby after what I did this morning. As I'm walking out of the gates of hell a voice that I really do not want to hear in this moment echoes behind me, instantly causing an adrenaline rush.
"Dick-sucker!" I ignore him and continue walking without hesitation. "Stop! You little piece of shit." Thomas calls, the gravel starts to move violently which tells me that he is running. He then proceeds to pull my bag back and get in my face intending on intimidating me. What he doesn't know I do not tolerate that.
"What part of 'stop' did you not understand?" I refuse to move even an inch staring him straight in the eyes without blinking holding my head up high. I carefully tilt my head to my right side squinting my eyes at him. He gets even closer to my face so that his nose is lightly touching the bridge of mine, fuming with anger. "I said, what don't you understand?"
I continue staring at him still squinting and as he goes to speak I raise my hand in front of his chest careful not to touch him. "Listen to me very closely, jackass." I say almost whispering with a tiny smirk creeping its way onto my face. "If you do not turn around right now-"
"What? What will you do Missy?" he asks cutting me off with pride flooding his features.
"Listen to me, you fuck." I say to him pulling down on his shirt. "I will make you regret everything you did that night. In fact, I'll make you regret playing each and every girl you have dated. Then, I'll feed you your own genitals. Understood?" I say gritting my teeth and clenching my jaw.
As the tension in his eyes rises, he pushes my hand away trying to keep his cool but the rise and fall of his chest tells me otherwise. He storms off without looking back. I stand there staring at him wondering if he'll ever come to terms with what he did. If he'll ever feel anything but anger and hatred towards everyone around him.
"You alright Anna? We've gotta head home." I feel Colby's hand on my shoulder. I flinch a little and turn towards him but I do not dare look him in the eyes as I gently brush his hand off. "Uh, yeah, I-I'm alright. Thanks." I blurt out. He goes to say something but I shake my head and brush past him walking off.
