BEGINNING OF THE END

Jason's POV

I was shutting my eyes and thinking when I heard that soul wrecking cry from Sandy. I immediately jumped up, grabbed my book and cross and made for the room. Rushing inside, I saw Mera grasping for air and struggling. From the look on her face, she had almost lost consciousness. I immediately raised my cross and dropped the necklace I had given her earlier on her chest. Immediately she fell back, I took out the white chalk I always hid away in my trousers and drew a line round the bed Mera lay.
"What happened?" I asked Sandy.
"I really don't know. I woke up and saw her like that"
He nodded "your mother isn't here, which means the ghost is using her body"
Sandy shuddered. "What now?" She asked.
"We draw the battle line here. Its time"
Sandy drew back. Jason ignored her and began opening his book. He lifted his cross and looked at me "you might need to hide behind me"
Sandy immediately obeyed, then he began to read out if his book. Sandy wasn't sure if she was listening but she was sure what Jason read didn't make any sense to her. He listened as he read in Latin, yes, that must be latin she had taken a few CDs and listened to that language before, not that it made any sense to her, she just used it to make sure everywhere wasn't so quiet. Hiding behind Mr Jason, she wished she had taken those CDs very serious.  Back to reality, Jason read out from his book and the door started banging close and flying open. The windows flew open and the poor old woods scattered and fell off, Sandy didn't have the courage to curse. Jason lifted his cross and kept enchanting.
"In the name of God, I command you to show yourself you seed of darkness!" Jason yelled clutching tight to his cross and book. They heard a strange growl but nothing showed. Sandy almost peed on her pants.
"I command in the name of God, show yourself in the name of the father! And of the son! And of the holy ghost!, you seed of evil" he shouted and this time, there was both a growl and a loud noise as the ghost came into view, but this time in their mother's form. Sandy began to sob.
"You shall not deceive me you child of darkness! Show your real self!" Mr Jason yelled and this time she came into light. The dead girl that has been causing our misery. Her long hair was a dirty brown and green mixture as if oil was poured on the hair. Her two eyes were milky but blood dripped down them, her forehead had a straight cut and worms and black fluid was rushing out. Sandy nearly puked. The gown she wore which Sandy was sure was what she had worn on her death day was flying behind her. The dress I could see, was lowly cut and her cleavages popped out, dead cleavages Sandy thought. She had a choker on her neck. The gown was torn in many places and was a pitiful sight, but her face...her eyes registered pure rage and hatred.
"Be thee gone from the body of the human for the living has no business with the dead, you child of evil!" Jason ordered.
She laughed "you think its that easy Mr Light!"
"In the name of God...!" Mr Jason continued, the name "God" made her flinch "I command you to take no more possession of that body!"
The ghost floated back and once again laughed mockingly "you have no right to make that decision. That body is mine now and moreover the woman is long gone! Wallowing in darkness in who knows where"
"Leave this body!" Mr Jason shouted.
"Where were you the day that bitch butchered us like we were some meat in the slaughter! You know what she did? She lifted up my clothes and made Kelvin do things to me forcefully while beating us both! Flogging us with knives. She took her turn and raped Kelvin Five times in two hours! You know how she killed me? She made sure Kelvin was watching then she sliced my head open through my forehead!" She yelled. Sandy had to hold her ears not to let blood drop.
"We have no word or deal with you, release that body!" Jason continued.
"I didn't die immediately, she stripped Kelvin one last time and Raped him for who knows how many times more, I was bleeding and dying and he was helpless and unarmed. When she finished, she put the knife into Kelvin's hands and whilst holding the hand, she made him stab me! Where were you! She later killed Kelvin too. He is soft hearted, so he has forgiven and I don't even know where is now. But for me, Mera and this household reminds me of what I could have had. Its unfair, so they are all going to die. And for Mera, she thinks she can just be pretty in this house"  she croaked.
"I thereby command you to depart from that body in the name..."
She laughed "its over now, she is dead. The foolish woman had been dead before I came into her. She was just a walking carcass"
Jason lifted up his cross and swiftly took out holy water and poured on her. She fell screaming, her scream shook Mera from the bed and threw her to the ground. Mr Jason pushed her back into the circle.
"For the light..." Mr Jason began searching around for his cross and book that fell when the ghost yelled but it was already late. She held him on his neck and held him up to the ceiling. I didn't need a soothsayer to tell me that once she was done with him, I would be next. I found where the holy water and poured it on her. She dropped him and he missed falling on Mera by an inch. Before we said Jack, she turned back to our mother's body. I was already vividly shaking.
